Again out of roast beef and ham but looks like they went to kroger and bought the 1 lb rectangle ham. Always having issues with telling them what I want. Put vinegar on my sandwich which I did not want. Asked to make new sandwich and they just pulled the veggies off and the added more vinegar. Asked again to remake as the vinegar is soaked in the bread. Still tried to wrap it up and give it to me. Someone from the back and had to take care of it and I got a new sandwich. Very stingy on the vegetables asked to add more lettuce and onions and said that will be extra charge for veggies after a few more questions I was not charged.
The kid serving me was nice. He was making my sandwich, while the manager (I assume) was scrutinizing him. Evidently he put a little to much meat on my sandwich (managers opinion, not mine) and he chastised the kid working there and made him take some off my sandwich and put it back. I was appalled. If a piece of meat is going to break your margins, you’re in the wrong line of work. Only reason for the extra star is cause the kid working was a good kid. Manager man, you just lost a client. Good luck in life.
I order food all the time and they are always “out of meatballs”. This is now the 4th time. If you’re out of meatballs, please just take it off your menu.
Terrible customer service. They don't know how to take Subway gift cards as payment, nor are they interested in learning how and they don't care about their customers. They are rude and just want to rush you through. Even Subway corporate does not care. They had Adelina Martinez, Area Manager, reply to my initial complaint with a canned response that did nothing and clearly indicated no one had even read my complaint. Then, "crickets". Whatever you do, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE SUBWAY GIFT CARDS!!! It is money down the drain and it should be illegal to sell them.
They closed 30 mins early n locked the doors
Got to location 15 minutes before closing and crew said they where closed -.-! Poor customer service any fast food is suposed to wait till closing time to close! As a nurse coming from a long shift to quickly get turned away then say they have no bread when they clearly had bread they just chose to throw away so they can close early is poor service never had this problem before ever. Very disappointing won't ever becoming to this location again!!

Ordered two double meat footlong, chicken Teriyaki and steak, looks like regular not double meat. When I went back to complain, they kept saying they are both DL meat and called the manager by phone who said the store camera said they put 4 scoops each, I do not believe it. I have pictures too to send to cooperate. I was loyal customer and almost order from subway weekly but not anymore, they refused to refund my money or even listen to my complaints and said they do not have time for me. What!
I used to really like this Subway. As of late, the service has faltered. Just not the same place, not sure what happened.
