have come here three times ordering the turkey Italiano which consists of pepperoni salami and turkey and each time they forgot the pepperoni and salami, this is quite disappointing considering even on the mobile app it points out how there is salami and pepperoni. hoping this can be fixed but i will not be back considering this has been the same result each time.
I walked in at 11:22pm on 05/08/22 to order from this establishment, the black lady with an eye patch was rude as hell. I walk in and greet her and she didn’t respond at all. I hope Subway sees this and takes action because I’m tired of dealing with unprofessional employees. It's the third time I've come here, and she's always there with her lousy attitude
I will never go to this Subway again. When we drove up the worker was just standing there. Once we enter I guess she started working on an online order zI am assu6, because there was no one else in there. She never acknowledged us . She never said give me a moment I will be with you. We stood there 10 minutes with no communication or eye connect. We started walking out and she still did not say anything. She did not try and stop us. She either doesn't like her job or is not a night person. This is not the first time this has happened. My husband said we will not be going back there. This was about 10pm , we had just stopped working. We left and went to the Subway on Rankin near West Road and received excellent service.
I accidentally put the wrong delivery address for my order and to call the restaurant, I don’t know the persons name but she was very helpful in getting my order to me.
The ladies were very nice , sandwiches were delicious
Once a week we get a great sandwich!!
This location is really nice! The staff are efficient and friendly and the place looks great and clean.

Got to the store after ordering 3 sandwiches 10 mins before walked in no customers the sol employee is sitting at the counter doing nothing but playing on his phone when I ask him for the food he said he has not stated it yet sat there for another 10min in which one of what o was guessing was one of the employees freind walks in sits down and starts talking to him
