This location is typical. Plenty of space, not too crowded with some patio space. It seems pretty high volume on the drive through.
Quick and friendly service. Coffee with a smile. On a busy road but there are openings in the median to get in.Clean and decorated. Just wish it had bigger tables. There are 6 2 seaters and 1 long table with 6 chairs. But it says handicap so we would have to move if someone needs it. But overall good for you or two.
I've been coming here pretty much daily for a few months now. I always have a pleasant experience. Considering how much busier they got with online orders, that's amazing. Eugene is real sweet and remembered my name. I'm moving and won't be going anymore but I'll miss them. Everyone else was also just so friendly. I can't imagine that's easy with as busy as they get.
Wanted to try the Pink Drink but there was no milk for it, wanted to try the Dragon Fruit Mango Something Refreshing Drink, but there was no mango. Got a frappuccino for my nephew and it was fine.
The service was great today. They prepared my venti caramel latte hot delicious and my bacon egg bites were perfect. Great breakfast to start my work at the office. The location was not crowded inside, drive thru was a line maybe 10 cars but when I got my order and left, I checked the drive thru and no more line, empty hahaha :) the store was clean and we'll organize.
Although this Starbucks is located in a small area, they have used the inside of this store very nicely, very spacious, and always nice and clean. The only thing i don't like about this location is the parking lot size... but its not too difficult to get in and out of. This location is very fast even during the busiest parts of the day.
I don’t know if Starbucks has just gone cheap or what. This is the second time I have ordered a caramel macchiato hot from this specific location and it taste like I am drinking hot milk with a tiny bit of sweetener. No coffee what so ever. It’s disgusting. Their k cups are much better. I also ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap (same location again) from there about two weeks ago And they handed me a regular caramel Frappuccino then informed to tell me they were out of the ribbon crunch. After they made the drink. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when I went again today but this is the third time. I will not go here again.
I live closer to the location on sawdust, but I ALWAYS drive past it and go to this location for my shaken espressos. They make it so good it’s worth the extra time in the car.
This location is supposed to close at 8pm but by 7:30 they have the trashcans out blocking the drive thru so you can't order anything. This has happened 3 times already. Very frustrating.
My mobile order has taken between 30 and 40 minutes EVERY time at this location. When I inquire about my order, I'm told it'll be two drinks ahead. Okay. 15 minutes rolls by and when I inquire about it again, all of a sudden it's lost. Or it'll be two drinks ahead...again. lol. If you want your stuff made on point AND in a timely manner, I recommend the one on Cypresswood drive and 45.
