I arrived at the place very stressed, I just got off work hoping to find good service at Starbucks's, it's Friday I wanted my venti latte, I'm Hispanic keep reading and you'll know why I mention it, the person who attended me came out of a door (she had a hat and piercings in her mouth and nose, I never read her name) she never said hello, mumbled and very barely said “how can I help you?” she never asked my name for the order, I asked for a venti ice latte light ice, how apparently for her I mispronounced “venti” she corrected me and I was like being serious? then she said my total was $5.68 and i proceeded to pay, when i raised my head to ask for my receipt she was gone, never came back, never said do you want your receipt or thanks or bye or have a nice day absolutely nothing , then they served my coffee quickly but with a lot of ice I had to ask them to remove some ice and ask for my receipt, when I said thank you she replied (barista) uuujjuuuu, bad experience I hope this changes because it is the 3rd. time it happens to me, I think it's because I'm Hispanic, I hope I don't come back, it happened to this location because it's the one on the way home

If I'm spending this much time and money on coffee I definitely expect it to tastes good. They were in a rush this morning and my coffee tasted like water. Awful. Also, when I asked for more whipped cream because they put a tiny quarter sized amount, the lady squeezed a tiny finger tip sized while I held the cup. Next time please just grab the cup, open the lid and spray more whipped cream on top to fill the lid like it's supposed to be. It tastes bad as well so I threw out my money. Starbucks used to taste and be way better. I'm disappointed.

Don’t waste customers time and money,I order like every Sunday a venti cappuccino in Uber eats, and they send me a venti cup half empty , no whipped cream at all which i always specifically orderIf you guys don’t want to work close this place already , will be much better than keep it open with this service.By far the worst Starbucks location in Houston, I would fire all of you right f.. now

Please don’t waste your time at this location every time I come they are always out of something and can’t make the drink you are requesting. I am serious everything from caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino to something a simple as a peach tea.

As with anything, some days are better than other but when that first sip touches your soul you know it's Starbucks!!!! This is one of the better locations in my opinion

It's always a pleasant experience. My Barrister was extremely joyful. We collaborated on the proper (EXTRA) amount of sweetener to satisfy my craving. My frap was to my desire and the service was great. Take out was quicker than drive thru which gave me an opportunity to receive warm greetings from the entire staff.

Long time customer of Starbucks. This one is by far the worst in customer service. The person in the drive thru was rude and kept interrupting our order. When we got to the window, we ended up leaving. We sat there while we listened to a personal conversation (inappropriate) amongst several employees. We were never greeted and at that point were frustrated and left without our order. Didn't want to keep wasting our money! Save that talk for home or the bar and think about what the customer can hear.

Went through the drive through; quick, and the coffee was hot and fresh. Lots of memories of this location with my dad.

Staff seem more interested in talking amongst themselves than tending to customers. Coffee and pastries are great you just have to be willing to wait

This store is huge! Lots of space to drink your drink and read the paper, check your email or just enjoy the ambiance. Staff was quick and friendly. Great location.
