Came to the drive through during my lunch hour only to be told that they were only accepting cash since their card reader was down. With a car in front of me and one behind me, I was trapped in the line and had to wait to be able to leave. Had a sign been placed on their menu explaining the situation, I wouldn't have gotten trapped and would have been able to freely leave. I mentioned this to the girl at the window, and she gave me an insincere apology in kind of an 'oh well' fashion. Ew.
Definitely not what I order or what I paid for every time I order anything from here there’s always something wrong with the drink
I enjoy my morning visits here. The staff is great. I wish I could tip more. 4 stars because sometimes they are out of sandwiches. Actually they almost always are.
My matcha green tea latte tasted like half coffee half matcha :(
Made a visit today and they were awesome, the young man at the window was nice and prepared my drink up to standard.
I completely understand issues with staffing and how busy things get. I ordered something at 8:49am. I didn't get it until 9:10 and it tastes absolutely horrible. And it is so busy that I'm not going to wait another 20 minutes for another drink. The workers were very pleasant but i believe this franchise needs more staff in order to serve the demand. $6 wasted.

Clean location with fast and friendly service. My husband's coffee was served cold, and they happily brewed some more. No complaints here :)
Popped in for a quick drink. The pumpkin cream cold brew and pumpkin cream cheese muffin were delicious. Enjoying that ride until they shut it down. I love fall.
Whoever is the manager of this location needs to staff it better especially in the morning. These poor workers were working hard, but could not keep up. Waiting for 20 min for a basic coffee sucks.
