I've come here a lot for a few years now, and service, staff, food, etc. is always great. The only problem I've ever had is that at times when I come to study, the volume of the music over the speakers is a bit too loud and I can still hear it even with headphones in, which can be distracting. A good location otherwise, one of the best in the area.
Asked for a mango dragonfruit refresher, had to repeat my order again. Then they asked if I wanted water or lemonade, I said with water . Pulled to the front and was handed one made with lemonade. So three times I said I wanted just the regular refresher with water and was over charged for one with lemonade. They were not busy at all. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my drink either. Won’t be back to this location.
Not friendly at all and waited entirely too long!!!!!! Been to this location a few times and always takes forever but this time today is just ridiculous!!!
This Starbucks is the closest to my house and is always busy. Unlike some others in the area, this spot isn't made for chilling all day. They removed a lot of their seating and the whole floorplan seems more suited to quickly creating orders for the drive thru.Having said that, their service is really quick and the staff is very friendly. One of my young daughters asked for a cake pop and didn't say which one. When we got the order, she wanted another type (they had a character for the holidays) and of course I was like, well, too bad. The staff overheard and said, "She wanted a different type? No problem" and brought over the character one. They didn't take the previous one back due to health and safety reasons. That is above and beyond and I'm pretty sure they offer this type of service for adults with drinks too.Highly recommended, particularly if you aren't looking for a work from coffee shop.
This location has horrible customer service. They took 20 minutes to make my drink and couldn’t make it correctly when other locations have made my drink no problem and its not a specific order at all. Its a plain white mocha. The lady that made my drink put too much syrup and barely any coffee, and kept asking me if this was a “TikTok drink” it was just my order and i don’t even know if it is a tiktok drink. i dont understand why she wouldn’t just make it.
Loved the matcha latte and spinach, feta and egg white wrap. Excellent service!

Great coffee, I had the pumpkin cream cold brew it was boom!!! I even got a happy birthday from the lady at the window. Thanks for making my morning wonderful.

Starbucks location Spring Cypress @ Champion Forest is quite literally the slowest location. I ordered ahead 10 minutes before arriving and have been waiting for over 20 minutes. What's the point of having the order ahead option if I'm still having to spend half my night in line?
