The customer service was less than decent and way below the Starbucks standards. I have used this location for my company orders of 15-25 items however I usually go out of my way to the location at the Vintage to avoid this location on my personal time. I did an online order and once arrived, I had requested 3 large straws for two grande Frappuccinos and a venti. Gavin exclaimed that they were 'low' on inventory but not out of them completely. Again, I requested the straws and his response was "I don't see why you need three" at this time a young girl with braded in bright pink hair taking an order with numerous people in the line pulls her head back to look at me and explained that they wouldn't give me the straws because when they are low the use them for specific items. While this information could very well be accurate, it was their approach to the very minut situation which shouldn't have been as big of a deal as they made it. After a certain point it should have just been given and taken as a loss of 'three straws' after we paid $35+. The attitude towards me and my son was very unsettling, unpleasant and not welcoming! We will not be using this location for my company also and we be spreading this experience.
I just had an amazing experience here. It is my birthday today and they were VERY vibrant and positive to me when hearing this. I redeemed my free drink which is always something to look forward to each year on your birthday and the staff here made it feel so special for me. The girl working barista even went on to give me a suggestion to add to my drink. A++ service. I hope management congratulates her customer service. I was impressed. Keep it up!
Although the staff was exceptionally polite the latte barely tasted of coffee with theee espresso shots added. Weak and not tasty. Runni g water through grounds three times does not count as three shots. Will support local coffee shops in the area before coming back.
I have refused to be a Starbucks client for years due to the cost of their products but I began going to the Starbucks on Louetta and stuebner airline in the friendliness and the experience at this location has made me a customer these young people are awesome they bust their tails and take very good care of their customers knowing many of them by their first name
Not professional. I was with my friends and Tylor told us if we're not gonna buy anything get out, we still ended up buying but that was not nice.
They got visibly frustrated when I wasn't able to hear the cashier's questions. She was trying to keep suggesting different drinks. I just wanted a moment to look at the menu. There was no one behind me. A different barista screamed at me do you want hot or iced. And I politely asked the cashier what drink order are you putting in? Because I hadn't ordered yet. It was incredibly chaotic and load in there. But they weren't understanding at all that I was struggling to hear what they were saying past the mask, divider, chatter, and coffee machine noises. Made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I can't imagine how someone who was hard of hearing would have felt.
Rex was so knowledgeable about menu items and had amazing customer service!
This Starbucks is great, staff are nice & friendly, and they make the drinks to perfection here. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a drink, quick coffee, or a bite to eat.
Always great service! Music is super loud not a fan of that.
This location should teach the Spring Cypress Glennloch staff how to do their jobs.
