I usually mobile order because the line is so long. My order is ready in about 10 minutes, which is perfect as I live right around the corner. I've never had any issues with this Starbucks and the baristas are pretty friendly.
I order something here everything I get groceries at the Kroger it is inside of. Great people, and great food.

The employees try their best to make sure that they give, with a smile, everyone’s exact order and they are always offering some type of special!! Their food is great, their drinks are out of this world and the other options that they sell are awesome and they make wonderful gifts! Their shelves are always clean and well stocked!! This is just the tip of the iceberg, those are great kids working in there and they deserve a raise!
Will never go here again. Their employees are lazy.

Is it just me or do most others get a not full iced beverage. I feel like every time I visit this location it’s never filled. Friendly service but always shorted. That awkward moment you want to say something but don’t want to send your drink back.
Rude employees!!!!! The manager was also being rude to me and all I did is ask a question. I will never go back to this place!
On Saturday 1/25/20 @ 7:30 we had just had dinner at a neighboring restaurant and wanted a warm desert on a cold night. So instead of the ice cream place next door, we came here for hot chocolates. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. The only person working became incredibly passive aggressive while I ordered my $20+ in 4 beverages. When our friends began to order, they asked her if she was having a bad day and she said "Yes, when a group of 9 shows up all wanting to put orders in." My friend canceled her order, but it was too late for us. We got our drinks and sat in the Kroger food court until 8:30pm talking and watch NO other clients come. We were the only patrons supporting the wages and overhead that night, and the 1 employee ran off half the business. I did not get her name, but WOW what a bad experience.
