This location is convenient, however they are not very friendly nor dependable. Most of the times I visit they just throw my stuff through the window, no hello, hi, or confirmation of order. I understand they are busy. But every single time we go it's like that. Or my order is wrong and they dont care, they just let it go. The grand parkway, and Riley Fuzzle location, is the best, but they are often out of stock of what we order.
I get a lot of starbucks, from wherever I can. There is a gentleman named Grayson that helped me, he is the most polite starbucks employee I have ever come across. He was very sweet and provided insight when I asked. I appreciate his customer service and overall demeanor. With that, I know that in customer service I wish there were more people like Grayson.

Drinks were what you'll normally get at any Starbucks, the staff is extremely friendly. I liked the atmosphere of the area, just be careful not to get yourself blocked in parking is severely limited.
Ordered drinks and bakery. One drink was great the other drink was pure syrup. Then...get this. My bakery item still in the bag and thoroughly expired. They put black marker over the date of June 27 2021...not impressed. I've been here before but I expect better. At least not expired goods.
