We stopped here on our way to work since they are one of the few that opens at 4:30… me & my husband work construction an hour and a half away. Lights were on, 3 people were in there so we walked in at 4:27 and wow, it was if we were trespassing or something. I was thoroughly confused. 3 minutes later… we went in and ordered and just the tone of the cashier, the negative vibe, and the general attitude I didn’t appreciate. No matter the time, it’s not okay to treat paying customers as if they are a nuisance. I go to Starbucks all of the time but gotta say, i’ll avoid this location from now on.They did get the order right though.
Morning shift is great but the afternoon shift doesn’t read labels on mobile orders. They didn’t say anything for getting my mobile order incorrect. They sat it on the mobile table and didn’t tell me it was ready, it’s like they hate being there. After a while a guy called out my name with my order ready. Please retrain that shift!

Omg!!! Phenomenal customer service and great vibes upon entry. Heather was freaking awesome and made our drinks to perfection.
The only time they get your order right is when you make them remake it and even then its hit and miss. For some reason they refuse to read the whole order and and SOMETHING is ALWAYS missing or wrong. I'm seriously going to have to stop coming to this location until they train their staff better.

It's a Starbucks. The shopping center that it's located in is a little awkward to get in-and-out of. It's rather small, there's not a lot of seating in this location. If you try to sit outside the noise from the freeway is so loud you really can't hear the other person speaking. Just not an ideal location but that's not the staff's fault. The staff has always been helpful and courteous.
One of the barista was rude and ignored my husband when he was just waiting for water to take his medication that was due.
Stopped at this location and got coffee. I placed my order AFTER my friend and received my order B4 her... We were just standing there and no one even acknowledged us... Come to find out they had put her order up but didn't say anything. So we just stood there for longer than necessary... Won't be stopping at this one again....
I've been having to work 11 hour days for the past two week at new job, and the amazing baristas here make it a little more doable. Excellent products, awesome customer service, and I always get my coffee on time. (PS love and miss you guys. Y'all got it rolling like a well oiled machine back there)
