This location had a long line when I arrived (A.M.) but I was able to go through quickly. The food and drink were correct and the window employee was very nice.
Bathroom was not very clean and didn't have paper products. Staff was rather rude when informed. Much more a drive thru than meet/eat there franchise.
Very poor service ! now I have been to Starbucks from Manhattan to Hawaii and never have I had to wait for a SIMPLE CUP OF COFFEE! Not I understand that when you order a specialty cup you wait on the barista and your place in line for the baristas but a SIMPLE CUP OF COFFEE has always been poured and handed to you no waiting on a barista - well not at the Hughes Landing Starbucks plus these dingleberries want to argue with you about it - well I left and did not get my $5 back [ coffee plus tip in jar ] You heard of To Big To Fail - well Starbucks it To Big To Care !

I have been going to this location for years. I should face the fact, there is not a location in my area that I have not been going to for years! Over time this location has continued to have baristas that are friendly, efficient and up to the task of the busy drive thru they have here. It has been remodeled and it looks so nice inside.The parking lot here is a bit small and the drive thru is usually very busy. Often times it is quicker to go inside to order.**Edited Review July 27, 2021**This location has become very inconsistent with the quality of their drinks. At times the fraps are like milk and without the proper ingredients. I understand that you can request a drink to be remade. I am a Starbucks customer of many years. However, repeated requests for remade drinks in the drive through shouldn’t be necessary and makes it difficult on the customers in the line behind me. The baristas here are still ultra nice and friendly. It’s easier to go to another Starbucks that I know is 100%.
