I originally posted the following review - BUT - looking at my receipts for the last few visits - I ordered the same thing - all 3 receipts have a different price - I tried to talk the managers & got blown off - really bad attitudes & disrespectful. Clearly they aren't training their people properly OR like so many other businesses - they just want to gouge the customers to get as much $ as possible. Really 2 bad - it will cost them customers & complaints - if it hasnt already.Orig review - "Their onion rings are GREAT - Chili cheese dog w/onions GOOD - needs more chili & the limeade slushies was GREAT - especially on a hot day"
Cypresswood @ I-45 - We were never able to order. We waited and waited after pushing the order button. No response. We moved to another que... still no response. Friend went to see what was going on and was told that they were short staffed, but taking orders. Returned to vehicle, with no order and no response. After 15 minutes of waiting we still hadn't ordered so we left. Fast food this day wasn't fast at this Sonic.However, we drove to another Sonic on Aldine Westfield, the order response was immediate; minimal wait time the food was delivered to our car; just as we had ordered; and delicious (I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was tender and juicy. And a thick butterfinger shake... yummy)
Usually have good service at this location. NOT TODAY. Placed my order on the app, as I normally do. Got to the store, checked in, my name popped up then said my order was on its way. 15 minutes later, still no order. Hit the order button and told the gentleman inside I still hadn't received my order (2 drinks). He assured me it was on its way. 10 minutes later, still no drinks. Asked the carhop that passed by. Another carhop passed by. Still waiting. Finally brought our order and the cups were sweating like they'd been sitting on the counter since I placed the order. FAIL
The people here are extremely rude! On two different occasions I have placed an order here and on the screen it will tell me my order is on the way and then all of a sudden it goes back to the home screen. I always give it a few mins before pressing the call button again but every time I do just to clarify that my order is on the way I am always met with absolute rudeness. This place needs to reevaluate who they have working here.
they either 1. don’t answer you when you’re trying to order at the little Stations, 2. mess up my order, 3. you pull up to the drive thru and they take 10 minutes to finally assist you. this is the worst Sonic location in this area, everytime I come to this sonic, there’s always problems one way or another.Many times I’ve came to this Sonic, I would pull up to a station instead of going through the drive-thru, & I would LITERALLY be waiting MORE than 9 minutes for someone to answer me pressing the red button…Horrible service….
Ordered a strawberry sundae. It was brought to me melted. It was disgusting.
Good wasn’t too bad besides not getting any sauces and told we had to pay extra for sauces that should’ve came with the order, as well as telling customers the shake machine is down but when you ask a car hop they say it’s cause they don’t want to make them because they are too busy. Definitely recommend going anywhere else but here.
Stopped in and ordered a large onion ring and route 44 soda with easy ice. Received large bag with 7 small onion rings and ice was all the way to the top of cup. $6.96 for less than a half a bag of onion rings and about 10 oz of soda! What a rip off!!!
The drive in box didn't work well. I moved to another. I asked the woman to send someone to take my order. She said she would and no one came. I pushed the button and was again ignored. This was a Bad experience.
Ordered through the Sonic app, arrived to pickup order and was told the ice cream machine is broken and that they could not refund the order either. Unacceptable business practice.
