Every time I come to this location the wait time for anything is so long. I’m normally patient, but waiting over 8 minutes on a single drink is outrageous! I called in to check my order of my drink, and the employee seemed annoyed. If I ordered food I understand a wait, but a single drink that’s crazy! So thanks McDonald’s next door for being more efficient than sonic.

i ordered a brownie batter milkshake and they gave me an oreo milkshake but didn’t offer to fix their mistake.

They had the nicest employees at this location and were super quick!! The fastest service we've had at a sonic and they were busy also!

Lunch is a very busy time, it took a bit of time to get my order just right. Friendly and courteous staff; when I did finally get my food, it was all the yummy deliciousness that we have come to expect from this well known brand

I’m in the area a lot and usually offer to pick up drinks or lunch at this location, almost daily sometimes. I even started using the app it’s been so much. (Ps. Love the convenience of the app) I’ve always had exceptional service until the last few months. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to have Robin on the mic but she clearly isn’t fond of it. You can always tell when she’s taken your order because she gets it wrong and she’s rude about it. And she’s consistent at both. What’s worse is it turns out she’s the manager. I couldn’t imagine what the people who work with her have had to put up with since she started working here. I finally decided to say something today when she kept getting my order wrong and got more rude as I tried to correct her. I can’t see her attitude improving with how busy everyone is with Christmas coming up. She’s terrible at handling customers.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the worst sonic I’ve been to. Time and time again this location would leave out parts of my order or would not make it with quality. I just left this location, and I ordered a a burger with an oreo blast to celebrate a championship win. After waiting over 20 minutes in the stall after placing the order they finally brought out my food and we pulled off. Right after we left I noticed in my blast was not mixed, and hardly had any topping. I got a cup full of plain ice cream with one small oreo chunk on top with a little bit of oreo dust… for a large blast. I ordered cookie dough and whipped cream to go along with it, and there was no whipped cream on it and there were about 7 cookie dough pieces…. again, for a large. Additionally, my cup was already about 3/4 full which was disappointing. Lastly, my burger was supposed to come with sautéed onions, mayonnaise, and garlic butter… none of which was found. This isn’t the first time this has happened but this time, I was not in a place to go back, so I called them. As soon as I began to state my order and issue, the man on the phone suddenly rudely hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the manager and the only thing he had to say is that whenever i come back, just ask for the manager and he’ll supposedly remake it. After that call I thought about the fact how I’ve been running into the same quality issue at this location and decided I did not want to come back, I just wanted a refund. So minutes after the last call I called back and they decided not to answer. After that, I gave up. I tried to doctor up my blast as I got home but it’s sad that I had to do that after purchasing it. I kept trying with sonic because of the convenient distance but I am done. Poor quality control and customer service with rude employees.

This is the ONLY sonic, everytime i order a tea with strawberry, i have to request and pay for extra just to get a good amount.Then its not enough for a route 44. Every other sonic gives the perfect amount.I HEARD ITS BECAUSE THERE ARE NEW OWNERS WHO ARE CHEAP AND KEEP AN EYE ON THE WORKERS.They will loose customers if they dont get straight on customer service.Unhappy workers make bad experience for customers

Everything was good. Great customer service, the order was correct and was fresh, great quality of food for the price definitely recommend to have others go to that exact location for a great meal ?
