Not the greatest fast food area in town but the food is decent (depending on what you order)! Depending on the time of day, you can expect very long wait times to receive food!
Cold corn dogs and mozzarella sticks and well I think this was supposed to be a large onion ring hence the word ring disgusting
I ordered drive-thru and so many people came and left in the line because of how long they took. On top of waiting so long, the girl taking our order was so rude and kept talking over my mom. Im assuming they’re short staffed, so someone please go work here!!
This place is RIDICULOUS!! I sat there for 20 minutes waiting on a medium strawberry shake!! After 10 minutes I pressed the button to let them know that I had been waiting 10 minutes and it shouldn’t take this long for a shake. The guy told me that it would be out right away. Within me still waiting, I see some of the workers outside dancing and playing ????oh and 10 minutes later, STILL NO SHAKE!! At that point I asked for my money to be refunded back to my card and left. The only reason I gave one star is because I was required to leave at least 1 ⭐️
I am renaming this Sonic to EVENTUALLY! You will get your food, EVENTUALLY! I deliver for Uber Eats, and two days in a row I have been left sitting for half an hour and canceled the delivery. I sat and watched last night (a Friday) as about 20 teens gathered at the tables out front. Carhops were more focused on their buddies than customers. The next day I got an order and just groaned. I waited 25 minutes and left without my order AGAIN. People that were there when I arrived where still there when I left. I was so amazed. How can EVERY stall be filled and I see people bringing out food, but no one leaves? I watched all employees, including the manager consistently bring the wrong orders to cars. If I was not trying to work I would sit all day and watch this circus. How long before this location shuts down?
went to pick up my order ahead, waited after getting there and after waiting/being checked in for a few mins was then told they were out of what i ordered and they told me they can put my name down and i could come back tomorrow???? when i declined because that 1) doesn’t make any sense and 2) doesn’t fit with my schedule, she walked away without saying anything and did not offer me my money back, just left me at the stall.
This was my first visit to this location, and I probably won't be going back. The staff was friendly and courteous. The problem was the food. I ordered the single Sonic burger with no onions and pickles. I also ordered it with tatir tots, and a soda. The problem was that the burger tasted frozen, not fresh or atleast well thawed out. The meat actually tasted like it had been in the freezer for way to long, like it freezer burn. It just had a bad taste to it, and I just couldn't even finish eating due to the taste.
This Sonic’s service has gone down drastically since Thanksgiving. I have experienced longs waits to make orders at the drive through and long waits at the stalls. Staffing is always a problem at this Sonic. They are always looking for help. There are a few really good carhops as there are more that are less than adequate. I visit Sonic at least once a day, sometimes twice and really want this Sonic to improve. I waited 25 minutes at the drive through one evening before anyone ask to take my order. I saw 5 customers leave, I waited to just see how long it would take and I really need a bag of ice.
I ordered a coney from this restaurant and once I got home and took a bite, I was like…”WTH?!?” I pulled the dog out from under the cheese and was APPALLED by what I saw. The damn hotdog was dried up like it had been sitting around for HOURS…the outside was shriveled and dark. I posted a photograph so you can see what I’m talking about.Had I still been at the restaurant, I would’ve taken it to the door and asked why in the world someone would actually put that in a hotdog bun and serve it to someone. No one in their right mind should’ve served that… THOROUGHLY disappointed and will never go back to this Sonic.
Honestly Everytime I come here even if there's only two cars parked ordering food it takes the longest time every single time and they always mess up my order and my credit card will never ever scan outside.
