This review is focused at the customer support of smoothie king. They locked my account and no one is helping me get it back open. Just back and forth bs. I’ve been a champion status for some time now. Corporate is absolutely trash
Terrible service by the staff who take my order. This is after 3 chances and different times during the week. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is the 3rd time I’ve had this type of service.
Extremely slow service! Had to wait over 10+ minutes for my order after I had paid. Don’t come here unless you have time ⏱
My small smoothie was good but my wife said hers wasn't to the point this time. . The service was fast!
The girl at the drive thru no welcome at all. Her greet was so fast I said my order all she said was the total so fast. In a tone like hurry you are wasting my time. The guy at the window was be kind and pleasant. You shouldn't have people at your drive thru who hate their job.
Awesome Location! Even when they are busy the team always goes above and beyond to be efficient and give great customer service! I appreciate that this was my first time going into a Smoothie King and Nikki took her time to help me find the best smoothie to fit my vegan diet. I will be back!
Waited forever for a smoothie! I get it.. New location.. New staff.. Management should be on the floor ensuring everything runs smoothly. I will continue to go elsewhere for now.
This location is so great! They are so polite, when they mess up or are out of something they always try to make it up! Will continue to coming here!
This is the best smoothie king I’ve been too! They are always going out of their way to make sure your experience with them is amazing. Costumer service is amazing, smoothies always come out great. If I could give it more than a five star rating I would!
Store Manager refused to give me a receipt after requesting it several times. I initially refused the receipt because I thought my points were going to be recorded because she scanned my app bar code. She did NOT inform me that my points did not add to my account when she rang my transaction with my card. After I reviewed my account after the sale, I didn't see my points so I asked her about it. She said, "Oh, they didn't add to your account because of an error with the app and your card in file but you can just do it next time you make a purchase. " I told her to just give me the receipt because I wanted my points for a 14 dollar purchase. She tells me she can't help me because she can't reprint a receipt or help me get my points. She also refused to give me the contact number to the district manager or the customer service number even after I got out and came in. I asked her why didn't she tell me my transaction didn't get added to my account before throwing the receipt in the trash. She did not have an answer. I asked her to retrieve the receipt again and she said she couldn't because it's somewhere in the trash and she didn't know which trash but I was the last customer in line at the drive thru, she took my order and threw it away, and there were no other customers in the store at the moment. She kept saying she couldn't help me and there was nothing she could do for me. Horrible customer service! The time was around 150-2PM CST
