it was a nice experience to go too. it was my first and there was this lovely girl i think her name was kennedy. she was super sweet and helped me out to find the right smoothie for me. would definitely come back
Was my go to location, I guess they had an employee change and this new staff is not very nice. More like really rude. I will find a new location to go to.

I want to give props to this store and their team. I used to go to this Smoothie king all the time, but I stopped going because the customer service and wait was not worth the drive. Well I decided to swing by and give them another shot this week and I am glad I did. The staff was so friendly and inviting, the store was clean, and most importantly my Smoothie was made to perfection. I can see that management has put the time and effort to hiring and training their staff to provide great service. Keep it up!

Today we ordered through drive thru, the lady (Connor) sounded rushed and not friendly. I ordered medium size smoothie, but she made a small size. When we complained about it in the shop, she didn’t even recognized us, we just literally talked to her at the window.The vegan nutty super grain tastes like a very sweet banana smoothie, couldn’t taste the peanut butter or the grains.The last time we came to this location about a month ago, a young guy accepted our order. The smoothie tasted like water mixed with bananas. Very disappointed. I will not come back to this location again.
Service decline is an understatement! The only reason they get 2 stars is because it wasn't like this when they first opened. Fast forward and the last 2 years of service from this location is significantly more poor each time! The employees have subpar attitudes and often look miserable to serve you whether in drive thru or in person. Routinely, this location is out of various items blaming it on distribution yet any other Smoothie King location I visit within a short radius never seems to have this be an issue. All signs point to poor management! Today was the final straw when I attempted to have a Smoothie remade because it was missing my substitution requests. The male employee looked puzzled then ask me, well did I ask for that when ordering, yesss I did. He pretends to ask someone on the headset if smoothie was made correctly and claims they answered yes. Complete lies and refusal to do a remake to customer satisfaction is beyond disappointing! I'm so glad the family owned business smoothie Cafe across street opened up, I am taking my business there and recommend everyone else to do the same! Big franchise POOR service has to stop!!
Constantly makes mistakes on orders, staff will make drinks with missing ingredients and inconsistent quality. revolving door of untrained staff.
