Placed an online order that said it would be ready at 8:08pm, when I went to go get it, they had not even started making it. I didn’t receive my ONE smoothie until 8:36 pm. Absolutely horrible
This place continues to give bad customer service. Today I went through the drive thru and left after ordering because of the rudeness. Ridiculous.
My son loves Smoothie King but my dog Harrison loves it more. Thanks for introducing Harrison to the Bark Blend. I think Harrison would live at Smoothie King if he could.
Waited 30 mins for a smoothie, got the wrong order and was treated extremely unprofessionally. Guy at the window greeted me with “meowing” and weird noises after more than 20 mins of waiting. Everyone working here on 1/15 from 3p-3:30p should be fired or given a long hard lesson in customer relations. I would love to submit a formal complaint to the manager or store owner. This smoothie king seems to hire the most unprofessional people. Avoid this place like the plague

The worst smoothie king ever. They never help you at the drive thru. Its like they intentionally wait you out. I always have to park and go inside. The staff is extremely rude as well and the facility is not well kept. Someone is paying way too many people to stand around.
I asked for a strawberry and banana smoothie and every time they give me a flavor that taste worser than water. Even cheap McDonald’s smoothies are way better than smoothie king, how are you going to name your place smoothie king and still make bad smoothies, this is redicilous
Today I went in the store for 4 smoothies. The service was incredibly slow, 25 minutes at least. A person who got there after I did left first than I did. Employees very unfriendly. I stood there waiting and asked a couple of times for the status. Seems like they were preparing every one else’s smoothies. Not planning to go back there.
