this smoothie king is god awful. i walked in (they SAW ME WALK IN) and the workers walked into the back. okay sure, maybe they were doing something. then i stood there for OVER fifteen minutes and nobody came back out. im usually a very patient and understanding person but that was so uncalled for.
The guy was really rude when I asked for an extra cup (empty) after purchasing a $10 smoothie and told me I could buy one. No thanks. I went to the nearby Starbucks.
This smoothie king is the best out there. I get smoothies several times a week and from multiple locations in the area. At this location the smoothies have the best taste, consistency and are always ready quickly. Not too long ago, I was ordering a smoothie for a co-worker and the requested ingredients would have made the smoothie have an odd consistency and taste. Instead of just making it as ordered the staff gave a suggestion to meet my co-workers dietary needs but still taste good. My co-worker enjoyed her smoothie greatly. The staff is always friendly and willing to talk about business and life.Not a review of this store but it does concern me from a healthy eating perspective that each smoothie king I order from tastes very different. To me that means that the same ingredients are not being used. I tried to share this with the corporate website and there is no way to do so on their review page. There isn't a place to write out comments just ratings of various aspects of the local store.
I think these people like "certain" customers I was in line and watched how the attitudes changed when certain individuals were ordering. I even watched the female worker "shoo" a customer when he did not put his card in correctly....instead of saying "Take your card out and try again. There was snappy conversation by the associate and a feeling of they didn't want to serve them. I will NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. Then when other individuals came up....they were fully of sunshine and pleasantries
The girl working there today has a horrible attitude. I accidentally received the wrong order and was calmly telling her what I had ordered and she denied that I ever ordered that and explaining to me how I should order things and talking to me as if I were stupid.
Always seems to be the same two people here. Maybe brother and sister. Always in the back. I came in and the gentleman ran to the back without a mask and came back with one. I believe he cut himself on one of my trips, I had a red substance in my peanut power. Threw it out immediately after walking out. I tip regularly despite the lack of friendliness. They seem to not care much. The smoothies are a bit watered down compared to other locations. This is the twice a week office trip and we will be using a different location from now on.
Love this location. I always deal with the same 2 people when I go there and they're very friendly. They make a great smoothie every time! ?
You want the best smoothie come to this Smoothie King there's a bunch in the area BUT you cannot beat the way they're made here..THE MAN WITH THE BIG BEARD MAKES THEM THE BEST
The girl working here today has a horrible attitude, she didn’t give receipts to anyone and when I asked the guy working for a receipt he gave me the wrong one. I politely pointed out my receipt was wrong and the girl came over and snatched the receipt out my hand very rude and walked off I also saw her drop a cup and put it back in the stack which is unsanitary. I will not be back to this location, Owner needs to hire all new staff.
Wack and last time I spend a dime in there he don't even make it that good and the place has a scent to it
