I placed an online order 30 minutes in advance of my arrival. When I got there at the designated pickup time, the employee hadn’t even started making my bowl and I was the only one there. I proceeded to wait about 15 minutes for my order. As I watched the employee make it, there were several sanitation concerns including the employee picking something up off the ground then returning to making my acai bowl. Additionally it appeared they were simply rinsing everything off with water and not actually sanitizing (blender, spatula, etc). The fruit that topped my bowl was clearly going bad. I was so grossed out that I didn’t even take a single bite of the bowl. Will not be back and recommend you avoid!

Ordered a ginger berry smoothie from a man i’ve gotten a smoothie from many times before, and have never been pleased. It was chunky and he seemed aggravated at the time that I walked in as if I inconvenienced him. Will not be coming back

I called and asked what kind of protein do they use.The girl on the phone said, "uhhh, I don't know"How you don't know what you sell??? She had a huge disinterest and no taste in communication etiquette. If this place losing business I'm sure their customer service has a lot to do with it.

Any Smoothie Factory I've been to usually has a line out the door. I see why this one doesn't. I've been here a couple of times. Each time the customer service was lacking. Neither time was there a greeting coming in or at the register. Both times it was simply a "how can I help you." No pleasantries, no hi, no smile. I started with a smile and a hi, still didn't get either back. The young lady yesterday is the reason I'll never go back. I'd rather drive a little further out for better customer service.

The staff was nice but we paid extra for peanut butter butter in a $13 acai bowl and didn't get it and they also fogot that it comes with granola and almost charged us for that when we asked if they could put it on. They also have coupons sitting out that expired months ago.

Place has had a great turn around the last few months. Under new ownership looks good.

Not sure how the smoothies taste because I wasn’t served. Walked in at 8:40pm; wasn’t greeted by the guy working. Had to greet him just for him to walk to the counter with a look as if we had inconvenienced him. Finally he said that they were about to close as if we could not order, so we said thanks and walked out only to discover the sign on the door reading that closing time was at 9pm. Based on the customer service, I’ll never know how the smoothies taste and as I did tonight, will take my business elsewhere.

I'm not even sure how the smoothies even taste due to the poor customer service. Leaving here now; 20 minutes before closing..walked in, said hello, & didn't receive a greeting in return by the young man who obviously wasn't happy to see a customer come in so close to closing (20 minutes before 9pm ??). So I asked if they were closed when I got to the register & he said "Yes, we're about to..." with a nonchalant stare on his face so I just said "You know what, never mind." & walked out. If he didn't want customers coming in 20 minutes prior to the closing time (@9pm according to the door), then he should've locked the door & shut off the lights. I'll never force anyone to service me when they don't want to smh. Thank God another smoothie place was not far & accepted my service with smiles on their faces even with 15 minutes before closing (same time 9pm, different attitudes).

Only been there once so far but once is enough to know that if i need a smoothie again to go here!

Customer service is great but the taste of the drinks, smoothie, and bowls isn’t too great. There’s an odd taste to it all and I can’t identify what it is. My boyfriend ordered a purple açaí bowl, a peanut butter protein smoothie and I ordered the energizer. The peanut butter smoothie was okay but a little watery, and the others were not good.
