They have some damn good burgers at this place.
I want to thank Greg for his wonderful customer service! He was so kind and helpful when we didn't know what to order. He made lots of awesome suggestions and really helped ease my anxiety by making things simple for us. It's clear he really cares to do a good job and make the customer happy.
In all honesty I got mixed feelings about Smash burger!! Like I've had mixed results ..decent burgers...fries could be better but that's pretty much anywhere!!!WHO HAS FRESH GOOD FRIES THESE DAYS!!??LOL .. but depends on the location I know they stopped making the Baja avacado burger and it was the best one...I really think it's hard to get a Great burger!! I don't know....I'm so confused! ?️???️?
Went for my lunch break and it was absolutely delicious. Friendliest cashier. Glad we came before the lunch rush bc it got pretty busy. I don’t feel like it took too long to get our burgers, even though I see some other reviews complaining about that. I ordered a smash burger w bacon and fries, and it was heavenly. Will definitely be back!

Customer service here is always exceptional. The burgers are always fresh, sometimes a little wait but I don’t mind.

We came in behind a big Togo order and was told it would be 15-20 mins wait. We had no problem with that. However, after waiting for 30 mins one Mel was given to a table that came in after us and another one was wrong. It was very unorganized. When I asked about the missing meal I was told “I told you I gave it yo the wrong table” but no one had mentioned anything to us about that. I am very disappointed. We used to come here a lot but due to COVID haven’t been here in a long time. Guess we won’t be returning.
Fries were all half empty. Horrible. Probably last time I'll go there for amount of money I paid!!!!!
