they close it way too early it says 2 and they closed it at 1:15 i live across the shipley donuts and everyday i go it is CLOSED they close it an hour before it says and they are very rude
if i could give 0 star i would everytime i go they close it too early WAY TOO EARLY!!!
Ive never had a bad experience personally. Food tastes great and coffee is good.
I tried the place the first time today. The donuts were very fresh and delicious.
After asking to have the order repeated and switching to Spanish so we could better understand each other, the cashier with terrible attitude still failed to fulfill the order correctly although we were charged for everything. Coffee was watery too.
Shipley's is my only choice for donuts since I was a kid so I have experience w/ many locations over the course of many years. It saddens me to report this new, long awaited location is doing it wrong! The donuts are a little smaller, some filled donuts have NO filling at all (Bavarian creme, creme filled) and don't taste quite as good. It'd help if they could get the order right as well.\\nI gave 2 stars for cherry icing having made it on a round donut, glaze having made it onto another even though it all fell off with the first bite \\u0026 napkins in the bag.\\nGet it right \\u0026 better ratings will follow. Please.
Early morning treats for the co-workers and this place hits the spot. Plus being open early enough to beat the rush.
Keeps the regular Shipley taste but drive thru is confusing, couldn't get what we were looking for because they ran out, happened multiple times. Staff was average but nice, no complaints.
I love the workers here they are so nice and they get your food fast
Best donuts around, but sometimes their selection is very limited.
