The workers here were so quick and courteous, by far the one of the better Shipleys establishments that I have been to in a while. My glazed donut was hot and fresh even with the rush in the AM. Great place
Love shipleys but i believe they are matching gas pricing levels. Lol. I visited other donut shops and dissapointed i get more value on the mom and pop places. It could be they just raised the franchise fee and franchise owners passing it on to us.
Poor poor experience for me, first the language barrier, poor. Then the poor customer service, made me feel unwanted here.

I ordered the vanilla latte and a Large sausage and cheese kolache. The service in the drive thru was EXCELLENT! ?
The lady's are always polite and nice when I come thru after working over night
