I drive past 2 other donut places to come here. And I go inside. The people at the front are so friendly. I don’t know How they are friendly so early but they start my day off right. The energy and smiles are contagious. You can’t Help but to smile to the person parked next to you.
First time visiting earlier today. Donuts were good but the lady behind the counter could have had a better attitude. It was awkward.

Not a great selection of donuts, If ordering dozen choose them yourself otherwise they will give you the least popular donuts.. Staff is kinda low keyed..
Slow drive thru but the service is always good.
We love Shipley doughnuts and koloches. Why did they change the boxing for glazed doughnuts??? They were boxed with each doughnut laying flat in a box which caused the glaze to run off and turn cold quickly. No warm glazed deliciousness this morning... so sad. Please package warm glazed doughnuts on their side the way it has been done for over 60 years!
Every time I go pick up some doughnuts, they are fresh and delicious. The staff there is very friendly.

Always slow.No such thing as a quick stop in the drive thru.Staff moves verrrrrrrrry slow. They are in no hurry at all.
