I don't kno why they never open on time I've been sitting in line since 4:58am and now it's 5:25am and they still not open its every week with this shipleys
These lines are almost always long but there's never a wait, everyone just rides on through, orders and gets their stuff. Who doesn't love Shipleys?!

It was very clean I was surprised at how many donuts at 5 o'clock in the evening they still had easy to get to right off the road
I was very disappointed with our drive through visit ? I ordered an apple fritter and asked for it to be warmed up, she lied and said it was warm already ? (LAZY) She never changed gloves, grabbed a fritter and put it in the bag. It was hard, not warm at all ? LIAR!! Also purchased two bags of donut holes and they tasted old, it was 7am why they tasted old I don't understand. I'm not going back and won't recommend!! Go at your own risk. I realized after that she never changed gloves and got my apple fritter and took payment ?? how many orders have she taken with those same gloves ?
No heater inside. The ladies said the owner refuses to fix it. It is ice cold inside and barbaric conditions for the workers to work in. The donuts tasted like soap this morning and unable to eat. They were by far the most disgusting and ugly looking donuts I have ever seen in my life. You would get better ones at Walmart. My order was wrong and the lady was so cold inside she couldn’t move or do my order correct. Kloaches were god awful, cold and made terrible. Burned bottom. The location at 249 and willowbrook is 100% better. This place is disgusting and I don’t want to give the owner my money cause he or she doesn’t care about there workers. So upset the workers were frozen inside.
I went to drive thru and was given the lady my order who by the way didnt greet me, but anyways as i was giving her my order she says, “oh my gah thats a lot!” Oookay and?! Im paying! So she asked “half dozen or dozen?” I said “ma’am 4 glazed donuts, 2 glazed cakes, 2 chocolate sprinkles” how is my order a lot or hard? Lady was so effin rude took my payment and didnt say thank you just shut the window. Never going back. Hire ppl that have customer service skills.

Asked how long for HOT donuts, the lady said now…..get my order and the bag is cold. Went inside and the manager gave me hot donuts that had just came up. If the customer asks for hot donuts, obviously they are willing to wait for HOT donuts, don’t give them cold donuts like they won’t notice!
