Salads are good but they charge extra to put more than 2 scoops of dressing on your salad. Other locations don't..
Let me begin by saying they I frequent Salata often. I’m a customer at least 3 stores and obviously I enjoy their product. With that said, I’m not sure what was bothering an employee that WAS NOT even serving me, but the person that was serving me was being QUITE SKIMPY on the toppings AND the dressing. So, I asked for more. Yes, the person serving me gave me more, but each time it was barely enough to fill the scoop! I ordered a regular salad and I wanted enough sauce to cover it all once they finished making it - I’ve had a dry salad before and had to use some Hidden Valley Ranch at home! So after asking for more (the third time) the employee that WAS NOT serving me says, “it’s going to be extra” and I said, “well it will be dry without it” and so she takes my salad and said that she will make me another - I was like, I DONT NEED ANOTHER. I just need a little more dressing.So, she says that it’ll be an extra charge and I was like whatever and ok. But I’m quite disturbed over the exchange. 1) You have a customer to deal with (it isn’t me) and 2) I don’t want my salad dry!IT WAS STILL DRY!!!!!!!Other than this moment, I’ve never had an issue with Salata - I’ve just left church so, I’m staying with Jesus, but I didn’t appreciate this situation.
This restaurant is a chain, but here you can find a difference with an excellent service provide by the team and the Manager who always smiles.
Only giving it a 5 star because the salad is delicious it’s just really annoying that they add the smallest scoops and you have to ask for extra and extra cause they add the smallest amount and feels like the employee is giving you a face. Makes me want to never come back. Hopefully y’all can work on that.
Very nice, clean restaurant. Love the salad choices. Three umbrella tables and two uncovered two tops outside. The music is disturbingly loud inside. I asked them to turn it down but they did not. I had to raise my voice to give my order and to make the request. My dad and I were having to shout at one another so moved outside. The food was good, as always.
$20 for a salad... what a joke. I loved this place but they are getting ridiculously skimpy with the toppings. I had to keep asking for more and more, the first thing was cucumbers, she grabbed at most 4 slices(half slices) and I said, "can I get more?" She grabbed two more, I asked again she grabbed 2 more. She did this with everything. It's annoying. I got salmon with mine and I thought it tasted a little off, turns out I got diarrhea soooo bad about an hour after I ate and I travel for work so I had to stop about 7 times. What a nightmare. I will not be back.
For time in this location. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The salad was super fresh (all ingredient look fresh) and tasty. The sauce for the salad are great and you have several to choose. We purchased to salads and delicious. The variety of tea was very nice (like 6 or 7 natural flavors delicious too) also they have soda if you want to drink that. No complains. I recommend this location. My experiance was great and I will come back.
This Salata is amazing!! I eat here 3 -4 times a week and every time I go in here it is clean, all of the salad mixes and additions are always stocked and looking very nice! The people that work here are so friendly, always smiling and kind. This is truly my favorite place to eat! I recommend this place to everyone! Not to mention the food is absolutely delicious. Everyone I finish eating one of their wraps, I think to myself "I could eat another one of those." It is delicious!
There is much more dining space than the Salata at the mall. The staff was friendly enough, and the food was always fresh and delicious. This location has a wall of teas to choose from... I don't recall the other location having that.
I love this place, we got wraps to go for dinner and they were huge! And delicious. 105/10 tbh.
