worst salata location i have ever been to. i ordered take out and they left my salad swimming in the wrong dressing like a soup and they charged for avocado without giving me any. will not be back
I love this place, the variety of vegetables and fruits is incredible. all very fresh and delicious. The attention is also very good.
I saw a review concerning a small salad that was overfilled to fit a large “to go” container but she only wants to pay for the small to go box. Let’s see this from a different perspective. We must be fair and honest when writing a review. I have Been going to salata for years and if I filled my salad with so many ingredients that it over fills the small size, it’s only normal to go to the next size. Please be considerate when giving a business 1 star. That is so hurtful to so many including the employees that need the job. If you get medium.. pay medium. If you get large, pay large. Pretty simple people.
I love salata but this location is so inconsistent and awful. I go there one time and get a small salad and get extra chicken and i asked for it to be put in the bigger container so its not so messy and they did it without any issue, i paid and left. Next time i go i get a kid salad no issue, go back and try and order a kids salad again and they told me I could not have a childs salad because i was not a child, then i go in there today and get a small salad ask for chicken and they give me like half a scoop so i ask for me and they tell me they will have to charge me for more chicken, then i asked for the bigger container and the guy told me he would have to charge me for a bigger salad just to get the container.I will not be going back to this location.
Katherin was the best employee she was nice and she helped me with what I needed I recommend that you ask for Katherin if she is working because she will get your order right and done ??

Employees allowed this woman with her young toddler son lean all over the glass partition hovering over the entire salad bar. Very unsanitary. No one said anything to her.
Ate here for the first time today. I enjoyed my meal. Workers were nice. Will come back.
Omg Chris was so amazing. The best ever to make my salad. His customer service was absolutely top tier. When you come here, please ask for Chris! It’s still great to know people still have great customer service. I will definitely be back!
Worse customer service ever. Their online ordering is the worse. Wife ordered online twice, billed twice.So when I arrived. I gave her the name of the order and she replied it's not here. Called my wife made a fuss with her that she didn't order right. So she reordered. Looked at the bank statement and so there was two billings. I showed both of the bills to the girl in charge then she proceeds to tell me that there's a glitch in their computer system and this happens frequently. As you can imagine I was pretty upset. I told the salata employee that she made me call my wife and b**** at her about the order. Then only to come find out that there's a glitch. That's an excusable in my world. She could have been honest from the very start and said we have a problem in our computer system but she didn't. I usually don't write bad reviews but this is the worst experience I've had. Do not order online
