Clean. Very friendly staff, made for a great 1st time dining experience for mom. Missing 5 star because their ice, fountain drinks and tea were not available. I visit for salad and delish tea options.
The General Manager called me to apologize and rectify this issue. He could not have been more professional.I will return to this location because he worked to 'make it right'.If I could give zero stars, I would. I order online on a regular basis. Today, my order was grossly incomplete. When I called to have it corrected, the phone would not receive calls. This forced me to return to the location. Once I did, I explained my situation to Sal, who I was told by an employee was a manager. Sal who told me that he could not help me and that I needed to come back tomorrow. I verified the phone number and realized that he had the cordless phone on, so that calls could not be answered. I showed him where I had called 10 times. I explained how often I order here and also that I needed to buy another salad for my son who was with me. He repeatedly said that he could not help me.Needless to say, I will not be returning. Neither will my family and friends.Sal's unwillingness to rectify this simple issue was completely unacceptable.Calling the corporate office is just as bad. But I will continue to do so until this issue is resolved.
My husband and I used to order from this Salata's location every week, but we refuse to order from them anymore. The portions have been greatly reduced, but the salad has not. We spent an average of $25 per salad. Both the meat portions and the vegetable portions were much smaller than they used to be. When I call the store to complain, I can't get anyone on the phone. I'm so disappointed because they used to be the best. They have to be in order for a person to be willing to pay $25 for an ordinary salad.
I love being able to build and customize my salad my own way. I would be eating here on the daily however an employee there seems to have a problem with how much greens I get in my salad and always tries to skimp out. I understand proportions very well, and know that some extra lettuce won’t create that much bulk to the salad. I always order the large portion of the salad as well. I called in for the manager and the assistant manager answered. After explaining the situation to her, she told me the reason they do that is because they have small to go boxes- that’s funny considering every other time I go there and that lady isn’t there my salad fits perfectly fine in the box. Other Salatas don’t do this or at least I haven’t had the negative experience at other locations. I went in today to go and get a salad, and the lady was at it again, I just turned around and walked out.How hard can it be to give a customer what they want? It depends on the people you have representing your company. I’m upset because the concept of this place is amazing but the staff I have to deal with is problematic.
I visit this location often with my boyfriend I have worked here also !!!! I’m 2016 since then it’s been a place that’s very clean and staff is always nice !!! Today tho one of the new members wasn’t really friendly I know people have there days honestly but he just seem to not like what he does maybe he seemed bothered when I asked for my ranch on the side and I had to ask him more than once to add bacon to my soup guessing he didn’t wana do it cause he was in a bad mood idk just makes me upset I come happy to eat and he just made me leave upset enough to make a review about it the bacon is free … I know cause I worked there it don’t come out his pay check makes me upset to even write this I love it here Plz come visit them there a great location just don’t get Kameron !!!! Sorry kameron .
The lady Elvi was very unprofessional, she gave me a half of the scoop for the seafood mix when I ask her for the correct portion she tells me it would be extra , I ask for a manager she lied and said she the manager. She had an attitude because I had an emergency phone call I apologize and I told her I had to take the call I would make it quick her retaliation was not giving me right portion, how petty are these people, she admitted that I shouldn’t be on my phone after I questioned the portion she was giving me , I stop talking to her she continued to aggravate the situation by discussing the portion after I explained to her that I would take it up with corporate . She was lying about being the manager and portion
A bit pricey...but I loved it. I got a huge spinach salad with pesto chicken, parmesan cheese, peppers, onions, tomato, walnuts..lol weird combination but it was delicious. I love the idea of creating my own salad..it was too much for me to eat in one setting..so I have plenty for tomorrow. I also got delicious raspberry lemonade. The meats are flavorful and expensive. I wanted salmon...but at 4.50 per tiny fillet? Nope. I got two scoops of pesto chicken..one wasn't gonna be enough..and each scoop was 3.25 plus tax. It was good tho...but the only reason I gave only 4 stars is because of price. Clean environment, peaceful...nice cashier. I'll be back.
They're still the best place for a salad. The quality, the presentation, it's all perfect! They even seal the bag when you order through doordash, that's a big plus. Keep up the great work!
Love the salad buffet. Great greens selection, toppings, protein choices, extras. Dressings are superb. Love the balsamic vinegrette.
I love being able to fix my salad my way . Loaded with spinach & a dab of spring mix & all the fruit & cheese it can hold lol . The spicy ranch is tasty . And I add the spicy chicken .
