We LOVE Snowflake donuts for all of our special occasions! Robin and her family are the SWEETEST and most kind people. We’ve ordered custom orders from them multiple times and they are exactly as we wanted and so delicious. If you’ve never been, you have to try the boudin egg rolls! We love the spicy ones but the regular are super good too! We are so thankful that this is our local donut shop!
My whole family loves not only the shop, but the beautiful family that owns it! Plus anytime I bring goodies for work, my office is all over it! Robin and her family have the kindest hearts and THE BEST boudin egg rolls! Also recommend the King Cake Donut with cream cheese….to die for, so good I didn’t even get a picture of it! A fantastic staple in our community!
I cannot say enough good things about this family ran doughnut shop! We’ve been coming here since moving to the area 2yrs ago and can’t get enough of their DELICIOUS eggrolls, kolaches, and on the fly Boston cream filled doughnut holes! Brandon is usually at the counter helping with a smile and Robin goes above and beyond for her customers no matter how busy. We’ve shown all our friends and family this shop because it’s just that good and they also, can’t get enough! Thank you snowflake - we love y’all and will be back soon!

This weekend my brother and sister in law celebrated their wedding with a reception and wanted to serve donuts and hot chocolate. They asked if I had any suggestions on where to purchase them. I immediately thought of Robin’s Snowflake Donuts! We contacted them and placed a special order. The process was very smooth and communication was consistent throughout the week. The donuts were ready in time for the party and were delicious! I would definitely trust this great business again for my special orders and will continue to refer friends and family here. Very friendly and trustworthy service!
So delicious! Highly recommend trying the brisket kolache and the boudin kolache. The staff and owners are so sweet and friendly. We will make the extra time to go to Robin's Snowflake donuts and cafe. ?
Although unfortunately I cannot try the kolaches or the famous egg rolls that they have over here, as the meat is not halal, I was surprised most by how great the customer service was.I have spent hundreds of dollars on custom ordering donuts from other places and although the donuts taste and look great, I am hardly even greeted with a smile or a kind word and over here they were very kind when I came to pick up my order. Finally, some southern hospitality!I custom ordered donuts for a religious holiday, that I wanted because I saw that they did Happy Birthday donuts, which is also something that I am also looking forward to getting later!As long as the customer service stays this high, I am definitely going to be a loyal customer! Of course the donuts tasted delicious and were absolutely gorgeous too, but I would not expect anything less from a donut place especially here in the Houston area, since there is so much competition. The owner, who took my order over text was so great and communicated fantastically to get my order exactly how I wanted it.I'm looking forward to coming back and making custom orders as well!
For the last two years we’ve gotten letter donuts for our son’s bday. They are absolutely delicious and they look amazing. The kids all said. They were so much better than cake! All the boys wanted to know where we got the donuts. Best of all of the family that owns and runs the shop are the nicest people. Love love love
