Servers were extremely nice but even though they were not so busy, we were forgotten. They forgot our sauces for our fries, which was fine because apparently they forgot their fries were bottomless. I wanted to make my sisters first time to be amazing like mines was, but I know she won't be in a hurry to come back. Burgers didn't disappoint.
First time at Red Robin for myself and the wife, our order:The mushroom Swiss burger + sweet potato fries, The madlove burger + regular steak fries. Water with Lemon. Bill was $36 after tip.The good:Both orders of bottomless fries were fresh, hot, had good texture, and well seasoned (their seasoning mix in the shaker on the table is great). The waiter was nice and quick. Large burger menu with diverse selection. My burger was ordered medium rare, and came out cooked as ordered. Restaurant seemed clean with a nice atmosphere.The bad: Burger patties were lukewarm, the mushrooms on the Swiss burger were cold and had no caramelization or char. Cheese on both burgers was not melted or warm. Burger buns were not brioche as stated in menu, both buns were soggy from sauces or moisture from burger. Burgers patties seemed to be overly processed (as if the meat was pressed tightly in a mold after being too finely ground).Slightly better than fast food burgers but far more expensive, and no where near as good as most gourmet or craft burger joints. I probably won’t be going back, I am regretting have provided my phone# and email to them for their rewards program.
Server was ? slow. Took 5 minutes to get my beer. Food was delivered without napkins. Had to flag the server down to ask for one. Server very impersonal. Food was soso.
Attentive waiter, quick service. Great food.
First off the food ended up great. The restaurant has a funky smell. The men's was nasty. The first burger came out with a small hair on it. I ended up having to go into the kitchen to get someone to help. The waitress and greeter were in the kitchen talking and one was on her phone. They remade the burger and it was great. Would love to come back when the cleanliness issues are taken care of. I did fully tip because it wasn't necessarily the waitress fault. But the management has to understand how the environment is and get it cleaned up.
Avery, was a perfect/outstanding waitress. Had to put up with me but, She was just amazing could not get anyone better. Really liked the fried pickles too.
Pretty cool place... Bottomless fries are wonderful.. as many servings as you can handle.
Good place for us. I like the turkey burger and the wife, veggie burger. We love the garlic fries. Most times perfect. Some times fries are slightly warm. Nevertheless, never disappointed.
Today was the first time I left a restaurant due to us (my wife and I) not being attended. Now if it were busy we’d understand. I worked at a busy restaurant and I know how it is. But the fact that the restaurant was empty… and we were there for 20 minutes and not a single server came over to check on us and simply ask for our drink order. I was really was in the mood for a good burger… but with other places in the area we left. The staff was in the back just talking and on their phones. Never again will we go back. The only good thing we got out of it was Godzilla (the hostess) sat us down was very nice. (This was on Halloween).
The service was excellent! Sarah our server was knowledgeable, kind and very attentive! She knows how to do her job very well! The food was AMAZING! I was able to get a GF bun :) Also, it was hot and fresh too! Loved the garlic fries! Yummy yummy yummy! Will definitely be back!
