My husband and I went on Saturday evening. It seems like they might have been a little understaffed, but still everything was delicious! Our waitress was wonderful as well. Looking forward to coming back!
When it look to good to be true, trust your instincts. Newly fresh looking building, you may think, yes fresh flavorful food, by fresh working crew. They haven't been worn out yet or overwhelmed... My family and I walk in with our mouth watering for fried gator tail, just to be told they did not have that item.... Whaaat you're Razoos chain of cajun food. That's when the trickling effect of disappointment begun.From water down Nola tea & spike pink lemonade, to the bland old reheated green beans, boxed powder flavored mashed potato & over cooked dried out Salmon. For it to be a slow Wednesday dinner night service was beyond slow and half the staff seemed high or lost in twilight zone. When I say we were Foodfish, this location definitely is the definition of it. New looking atmosphere with terrible flavor and staff to boot. I ordered only one zombie drink the waitress brought 2 to the table , I told her that we only ordered one she said it's ok we will take it off the tab, , I asked are you sure she said yes, the drink was left on the table so I wanted to drink it instead of wasting it, so her manager said she is drinking she has to pay for it, next time don't refuse to take a wrong order if you are going to charge me for it, also the fries were overcooked and the crawfish is dusted not seasoned, for a restaurant that offers authentic Louisiana food NOPE this is definitely far from it.Will not go back with this kind of food and service.
One of my fave lunch spots. Not happy with the chicken dippers. Please bring back the fire mouth chicken wings? Ordered outside of my norm and went with Etoufee’, not disappointed at all ? I will forever comment on parking, which there was plenty but plan to search for spot on the weekend as Cheddars is right next door. Staff friendly. Jason, the manager, was the coolest ?
Ok but there are better, classier, cajun places out there. The drinks def weren’t good ….yuck lol!!! I had the grilled alligator entree which was good and the side order of green beans that came with it was excellent and flavorful! I could have had a bowl full of green beans! The seafood fondue appetizer was great. A waiter mistakenly brought us that appetizer that she meant to take to another table ….we were first timers so we thought it was part of the pre-food they bring out. Luckily we got to sample it. My mother had the fried wish and shrimp and it ok…it tasted like everyone else’s fried fish and shrimp I guess. Our waiter was horrible and really picky about how he hands out his receipts! He gave us our receipts with like 5 other people’s receipt and we we told him about it he said thats what he does. That was bad because its an invasion of privacy for customers and should be addressed. I also had to ask for an itemized receipt of our items since he didn’t give us one. Clearly this guy was new and needs some coaching on how to be a waiter!
Tonight was my 1st visit to this restaurant & this location. I must say it DID NOT disappoint ! 10 out of 10 I recommend ♥️. The drinks were awesome (including the water, it didn't taste like it came from the kitchen sink ?). My waiter Ezekiel was very attentive & courteous. The food took about 8 mins from order time to table. And EVERYTHING was fresh & hot ! Thanks Management & Staff @Razzoo's. I have a new seafood fav restaurant ?.
It felt like we were sitting in a local restaurant in New Orleans ! The food and the waitstaff were outstanding. We really felt that southern hospitality while enjoying our food and the decor

The place is very nice and clean. Service is wonderful and servers are amazing. Food is very delicious. I definitely would love to go there again whenever I’m in town
We ate at this location and it was a casual dress environment. It was not a fancy place but the food was good. We ordered the stuffed shrimp over dirty rice and the zydeco pasta. The pasta was okay (if you are the type of person who doesn’t like alot of seasoning or spice to your meal. You will love the zydeco pasta) The stuffed shrimp were spicy and delicious to me because I LoVE spicy food! I ordered a frozen Mardi Rita for a drink and that a picture of it. It was good but it wasn’t strong. I give the experience 3 stars because our waiter seemed new and didn’t know how to answer how questions and she didn’t bring one of the drinks we ordered. Other than that, she was very nice and it was a good experience.
