Evening was a bit rough starting but a new waiter has joined their team and recognized we weren't being served. She acknowledged us and provided really great service. Makayla was an awesome server and she really turned our night around. Keep providing great service! We hope to see you when we come back.

Food is great! But service was not up to par. We had empty drink glasses and food did not show up at the same time. Left my husband asking if my daughter's meal was forgotten about. Waiter was not as attentive as I would have hoped but he was personable. At the end of our meal we were given a ticket with 18% gratuity already added. I am a big tipper due to my husband and I previously being servers. But I felt this was unfair since it was just my husband, myself and our four children. It was more like a punishment and it left a bad taste in my mouth. We will not be returning.

First time at this sushi restaurant and boy was it ready good! Great service and good food! We will be back!

Love their shrimp spring rolls. You can taste the cilantro and it tastes so fresh. The peanut sauce it creamy and crunchy with chopped peanuts as garnish. Their sushi rolls are filling and beautifully presented. The shaggy dog roll delicious. Had their wanton soup but it was much too salty for my taste. Try their other appetizers!

I have been patronizing this location since it's grand opening. I appreciate the vast varieties of Asian dishes they offer. Great atmosphere and sanitation. However, Pad Thai needs improvement.

Rakuu has been a family favorite for several years now, and we really enjoy the sushi rolls, pho, and coconut shrimp in particular. It's great for happy hour too because there's a pretty good wine list and the apps are really good (please bring back the fish tacos!). The quality of food along with the fair pricing makes it a great value. Sometimes the service has been pretty slow, and I hate to say anything negative about them, but it has happened several times, so I feel I need to mention it for a fair review.

Service is amazingly fast, place looks great(very clean), and the food was amazing. My server Thien was great. He was extremely friendly was always there to help me when I needed something.

Great service! fantastic food! Great for date night brunch or family settings.

After a long, long day , we had not eaten anything all day, and we were starving . I looked up places to eat in the area as we only had 30 minutes before everyone closed. I saw the photos of the food there, and my mouth was watering . It looked delicious. We walked in at 8:35, and the look on their face was as if they had wished we hadn't. They immediately told us that the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes. So if we were going to order they said you have 5 minutes to order and if we could order in 5 minutes then we could eat there. I have never had any restaurant tell us that we have 5 minutes to order with having 25 minutes till closing.Closing at nine means you can order until nine. At least that's the way it should be. The menu was huge, and we had never been there before. After seeing the photos, we saw a lot of things we wanted to try, but we didn't know the name of the plate. And o my having 5 minutes to order, we were scrambling to find something. So, the first thing that I recognized was the orange chicken, even though I really wanted sushi. But we didn't have time to even read the menu, so I just ordered what I recognized. The food came out pretty quickly, so there was no way it could have been made fresh. And I don't believe it was. Although quite flavorful, the chicken was very hard as if had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The rice was also kind of crunchy as it was not nice and soft as it should have been. The fried rice upgrade was just white rice with soy sauce. Not worth the extra $1.50. So we decided to order the real fried rice with all the goodies, like chicken, pork, shrimp, egg etc..I let my husband have the 2 shrimp because he loves shrimp. The pork was bad, like rotten , and had probably been sitting out all day, so we had to pick that out. The rice was exactly the same as the other rice , not fresh, and it was crunchy. My husband had a dish with shrimp and chicken and jalapeños. He started to get sick on the way home, and he was sick all night .So, needless to say, we were super disappointed. We WILL give it another try, because the photos of the food looked really good and the menu is so large. And of course we will go early to see if the food it more fresh.

Great sushi and pork dumplings. Priced well and good staff. Presentation was impressive!
