This place is amazing! They have excellent food and beyond exceptional customer service! My nonprofit organization, Hope's Path, recently had a fundraiser sponsored by Raising Cane's and it went so well. Tamika, the manager on duty, was a true blessing and one of the kindest women I have met with a huge heart. And their chicken...SO GOOD AND SO FRESH! This restaurant is fast, clean and takes care of its customers and they serve their local communities by giving back!
1st Ill say my family loves canes. We will keep going. But not to this location.Im not one to leave bad reviews. Ive gone to this canes atleast 6 times in 6 months with a faniky of 5.We are always missing sauces (oh well)We have been missing bread (oh well)Wrong drink orders (oh well)The chicken hasnt been great and the tenders are like nuggets now (oh well)Today I handed my son his kids meal bag and there was a toy in it. Thats all. No chicken, no frirs, no sauce (not to mention the extra toast I paid for )My daughter didnt get toast I paid for.6 extra canes sauce not there (big suprise)Dr pepper for my eldest instead of rootbeerI split my meal with my son. Sat down. Bit into my chicken and pulled out hair.Ove hear managers tell employees this is a recurring problem (the lack of sauce etc)This place has just gone really downhill. I didn't even want to go speak to a manager to fix it because Im just done. Will take my $100 order elsewhere.
Best customer service at this location.Always go there to eat. Near to my work placeOne time My car stopped at drive thru.They all helped me includingTamika who was the manager there I think so. She and whole of her team worked like a team. They Did their best to resolve the issue. Lots of Love for this location ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Friendly staff with a quick service. There was a lady who was constantly cleaning tables almost immediately after a guest has left. And of course, great tasting chicken strips! The Box Combo is my favourite menu (4 chicken strips, fries, coleslaw, bread & fountain drink for under $10!)
The staff here and very friendly and the service is extremely quick compared to most fast food restaurants. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because the chicken is a bit too greasy.
Worst customer service tonight. As I was ordering in the drive thru the cashier literally cut me off as I was saying my drink order. She was rushing me and I could not understand anything she said. I will not be back to this location. I have emailed a complaint about this. Extremely rude.
Great staff especially the Vietnamese Lady at cashier. She is Super friendly and big order done in less than 10 minutes
Disappointed raising prices and giving out nuggets ?I only ordered a 3 piece and 2 of the 3 were this big so this was kind of sad. Definitely done with canes….
I feel ripped off. Went through the drive thru for a box combo and left with what should be a kid's meal. 2 of the tenders were no bigger than my pinkie. Ordered a sweet tea and ended up getting out my car and going inside to get a fresh tea. The tea I got had no ice because it had watered down the drink. I'm assuming the cup of sweet tea had been sitting for some time. Highly dissatisfied.
Consistent and always a solid deal. Prices haven't gone up much with them either. Let the Yummy continue.
