The customer service is just as good as the food! I went to eat with my family and we all loveeed the brisket fried rice! Definitely should give a try if you enjoy brisket and fried rice. The karma sushi roll was also amazing, great food and great service. Will definitely come again !!
The service and food were excellent! I was puzzled as to why it was not too crowded (lunch time).
Their service has definitely dropped off. My wife and I wanted 35 min for them to bring our food out. Then when we did get the food it was wrong. There were also random kids running through the restaurant bumping me. I definitely won’t go anymore. They have to have different ownership. We chose to go here for our anniversary. Big mistake.
I’ve been here before at the old location some years ago. I made the mistake of ordering pickup through Door Dash and Q-sho never got the order, now with all that being said the customer service was great, these people not only took my order but they didn’t charge me for the mistake on door dash, it didn’t don on me until later that my meal was completely free and they could’ve charged me.With that out the way, I had to get reacclimatized so I got the sampler plate + someKimchi fries with brisket. I got it all to go and it was all good, so the next time I visit I have to show love!The food was great and I will be back with friends
Came in for a quick bite. Got the tonkotsu ramen. It was super lovely. The broth rich and creamy, the noodles perfectly done. I even got extra noodles and extra broth. I'd also reccomend extra egg (they normally only come with half an egg) so you can have a whole egg for yourself! Service with super quick and I was in and out super fast. Thank you!
We just ate at Q-shi and we both loved it. The food was delicious and the service was very good too. Our waitress was very attentive and very helpful and she suggested some things, since we had never been there before. We tried the Kimchi fries and the bar-bq rolls and they were great. We then ordered the Q-shi #3 and the Q-shi #4 and we loved them both. The combination of bar-bq and sushi is so unusual and so good! I was not a sushi lover before going to Q-shi, but I am now. I loved this place and I can't wait to go back. Go try Q-shi today, you will be glad you did!

His trainer and the owner of the restaurant also each took the time to come speak with us. The owner gave me her card and was a warm and wonderful10/10Check the menu for full descriptions of the menu but here's what I rememberWe started with Brisket Eggrolls (not pictured) they were light and crispy and smokey. Served with a bow sauce. Then we had the Naruto roll . The circular lollipop looking sushi was brisket salmon cucumber and crab . The crab was prepared in a way that it added a nice hint without overwhelming. The salmon was fresh, the brisket soft and juicy and the cucumber added nice texture and flavorThe Olivia roll was tempura battered and a nice mouthful. The jalapeño inside was just a hint of heat but it was served with two sauces you could use to alter the heat.The Philadelphia roll was classic and fresh. I ate some before photographingThe BBQ burger was a nice sized patty (the picture doesn't do it justice I accidentally broke a piece of beef off prior to the photo) I think it was ground beef and brisket. I added a fried egg and was so disappointed when I realized I had forgotten to specify I wanted a runny egg ( I asked them to fry me a runny one after it was served and they happily obliged and the kitchen delivered quickly) . Even the bun was special. It was light fluffy and pillowy . The fries were nice and crispy on the outside soft in the middleThe brisket fried rice was interesting and smokey. It is cooked in a way that it's a bit more caramelized and crispy with the beef spread throughout.All the food was amazing. The service was top notch. I paid $73 so it wasn't the cheapest but you could tell you were paying for a menu that was created with love, creativity, passion and good taste cooked by well trained chefs. Fresh ingredients. Very clean, lots of sanitizer available.Try them out and give them a chance. I like many others thought they had closed and had been unimpressed previously but dang I'm so thrilled I went back ....Next time I'm bringing more friends so we can get a bigger variety to try next time ;)Try them and let me know what gems you find
My hubby loved This place, because the chef came over and figured out something for him. His no diary, beef, no soy and butter allergies is hard in Texas but he Made it happen. I got the Triple d platter and it was a lot of food!! But awesome food. I did not leave hungry. Great unique food flavor.. yumm yummm yummm. My hubby got a bowl - sorry I forgot the name … but he raved about it. I Would eat there again
The food at Q-Shi BBQ & Sushi is amazing... it pops with flavor and I'm picky. If a restaurant doesn't have great flavor in their food... I don't come back... period... too many other restaurants. Spenser, the owner and veteran, has done a brilliant job in creating his menu. I got the Argentina bowl and wow! My wife got the Korean Bulgogi and had the same response. Not to mention, Spenser has a wide variety of food to choose from for the whole family. I highly recommend Q-Shi BBQ & Sushi! I just wish it was closer to my house.But it doesn't matter... I will drive for Spenser's food. And if you are a veteran like me, go support Spenser's business... you will definitely be glad you did! Flavor, flavor, flavor...
I had a great experience here. It was quiet when I showed up, which seems to be what I prefer. It makes for a more comfortable dining experience. The staff was very kind. I ate the BBQ rolls, pork dumplings, and 3 different sushi rolls. I have to say how impressed I was first off with the size of the plates served. Very substantial portions. Everything I tried was so delicious. This will definitely be a place I will revisit
