I usually have a great experience but this time was not so great. My wife's sandwich was initially made with too much Mustard and had to be made over and then my sandwich was half wrapped and sticking out of the wrapper!When I brought to the cashier's attention, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "what you want me to do? It's in the bag!"She's young. I just told her I didn't want it and that's how I ended up with Salata, which is what I initially preferred anyway!
Have to give a shot out to Jake that dude can make some epic freaking sandwiches!!! I've stopped by several times and he never disappoints. I'll keep coming back because now I'm addicted!
Night shift staff at this location are terrible. I pulled in the drive thru to order my food and the kid tells me there’s isnt enough soup for the order I was requesting (3 cups.) I said “okay” and proceed to drive off so that I can go to another location.As I’m passing the window up, he’s laughing and waving “bye” to me. I continue driving around (now I can see the same guy and another employee both pointing, waving and laughing.) I was soo shocked at the high level of immaturity and unprofessionalism displayed. I stopped and the second shorter, chubby guy charges towards the door and very aggressively opens it (as a poor attempt at intimidation... I almost laughed.) He’s now hanging out the front door staring and still waving “bye” to me. Once I left the parking lot and made a right on spring stubner, both of them were still doing it.The whole thing was unprovoked, unnecessary and childish. There was no negative verbal exchange to set either of these kids off, they just wanted a confrontation. The chubby one is quite lucky he didn’t approach my car in the same aggressive and threatening manner in which he opened the door bc he would’ve gotten a lot more than he bargained for. I’ve come here and dealt with the unprofessionalism of these kids before, but never to this magnitude. The older gentleman that works here during the day (the manager I assume) is always so polite. I wonder if he’s aware of the way his staff is conducting themselves when he’s not there. My advice, fire the whole team and just start over. They are definitely giving this location a bad name.
The Night Shift Manager, Jacob, was extremely profesional when I placed a call concerning my order missing a few items. He kindly fixed it in a timely manner and turned the experience around! Thank you! We love the food, it's delicious and affordable. We will be coming back soon!
I stop here way too often and order 2 soft sugar cookies. Staff is always kind, service is always fast. I’ve had the sandwiches before and they were just as great!
Management at this location is such a disappointment. I complained about an employee who added cheese to my order and my not noticing it until after most was consumed and the manager actually asked me "well what's going to happen?" Do you really want to know what happens to my body after I have cheese? I can't believe the level of audacity and disrespect. I wasn't even asking for anything, I just wanted to explain how important it is to pay attention when it comes to customizations. Going to escalate this further if I can.
I am between a 3 and a 4...3.5. I really expected more from this place...and it kinda let me down. It is good...but better than Subway? Not really.
Management refused to give me a copy of my receipt for pick up. So management ate a $20 meal because they refused to give me a simple copy of a receipt. Superb management on all counts… lol
Have received a couple of sandwiches that my spouse brought home for me and was not real impressed but.... As with each individual, we have our own tastes. I went with my spouse and in running late to an appt. this was the only non greasy fast food available in route. So this time I actually got to look at their menu and pick something that sounded like something I would like. And it has definitely changed my mind about their offerings. I had the best tasting sandwich I have had in a long time. I will definitely be returning for their steakhouse beef sandwich, hold the horseradish sauce, add mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Wow!!! Can't get that great flavor at any of the other sandwich establishments!!!!
Love the sandwiches from this place. I especially love the customer service from Chris he is so nice and sweet. He always gets my order right. Can’t wait to come back :)
