Do not visit this place unless you are dining inside. This is the third time in the last few months my order was wrong. This time was the worst. Both of our sandwiches had incorrect toppings. We ordered chocolate brownie cookies and received oatmeal cookies. My hot pepper jar wasn’t in the bag. My Mac n cheese was also plain with no toppings. What confuses me so much is there are stickers on every item with what we ordered yet nobody double checks anything. Will be reaching out to customer service.Edit: Updating my review. I would leave another 1 star review if I could. Today my wife insisted we order from you guys again. Another order completely messed up again from incompetent employees who can’t read. No bacon or hot peppers added to mac n cheese with a sticker on the Mac n cheese that displays the topping we requested.
The sandwiches were great here I mean really good taste, I got the Applewood BLT but I added Grilled Chicken with avocadoes it was again great. My wife ordered A Wreck she loved it also. We were served by Chris who did an outstanding job on the sandwiches and his customer service skills. This place was clean and the customer service and attention to detail, the conversation all was top notch in execution. Sorry no pics nothing left.....
I've very disappointed. I asked to add mushrooms on my sandwich and they charged me extra for it, but no mushrooms were added. I asked for a cold brew shake but I was given a vanilla shake. I asked for half the sandwich with peppers but they put the peppers on the entire sandwich. I wasted my money here and I don't recommend coming to this location. Horrible experience.Edit: Since I can't reply back, I had already emailed customer service and I've yet to receive a reply back.
Tried to order from them today. I began my order and noticed that the default choice for sandwich is a "skinny". What USED to be a choice before and if I wanted the regular that USED to be the standard, it was $3.50 more. Then when I ordered the soup, again the price was for Cup and extra for the bowl. $5.29 for a cup of soup??? No Thanks.They do this to trick you into thinking their prices are not so much higher than competitors when, in fact, they are just as high as Schlotzkys, if not more expensive. At least Schlotzkys doesn't try and trick you on their menu items.We went there instead. Bye
1 star because i can't do ZERO! My husband drove thru at Spring Stuebner in Spring, TX and picked up an order that was a mess. The wrong chip, extra sauce on the wrong sandwich, one new and one old straw (in a yellowed, torn wrapper, and last... our unsweetened tea was sweet tea! This place is awful! Also, you can't reach a live person!
Very positive, polite and generous folks here. My first time here and they were very patient with me. But when I tell you they sandwiches are A1 don't take my word for it come see for yourself. I give it??????????+up.
Been to this location 3 times over the last 5 years I’d say. Food is fine. But the atmosphere sucks. Not welcoming. Go check it out and you’ll understand. Or don’t.

Ordered online and order was ready within minutes. This was my first time eating at potbelly. The food taste so good. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, and fast service. I cannot complain.
I made an online order for in store pick up, when i arrived at the store in question, the front door and the dining room were closed. No explanation as to why, but that made it so that the only way to pick up my order was to go through the drive thru. Now, i made my order online as a pick up so i could get my food and be out fast, instead I Sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes, just to confirm my order over the speaker, then another 10 minutes to actually get my order. Making a pick up order customer wait in the drive thru line to pick up their order, 30 minutes later than the quoted time is a really bad oversight. Will not be back.
