I’ve been here a couple times and every time i come my stomach is messed up the next day. Never happens with any other Popeyes. Today i went and had a incident with the heavy set girl in the drive thru window. She tried to play police over smoking. When it wasn’t even in my hand no smoke blowing in her face or anything she wouldn’t give me my sauce. Fast forward to getting to my actual meal i got home to find a dead roach in my chicken tenders. I tried calling several times and they took the phone off the hook! I will be calling corporate!!
Jonathan Lima took my order and gave me the best customer service! He was so polite, courteous, attentive and very patient with my complex order. Kudos to Jonathan for a job well done ??????
I’ve literally never been in a Popeyes that had such an incredibly good vibe. I walked in all of the staff greeted me . With welcome to Popeyes. The camaraderie I witnessed was kind of shocking being that I’ve been to many Popeyes and a lot of the time you can tell the employees do not want to be there. Whoever is managing this store is doing a phenomenal job. My food was brought to my table. The staff was so kind to every other person I watched walk in. I will definitely be Frequenting this establishment.
Food came out before I was able to swipe my card! Super quick service! Cashiers acknowledged us as soon as we entered, food was smoking hot & super good!
if you don't have fish sandwich anymore...take it off the APP!this is the 3rd time I have gone to the Popeyes on Spring Steubner for the fish sandwich and there is drama each time... tonight around 7:00PM I decided to get the fish sandwich for the family... I use APPS all the time for food orders and they usually work just fine... anyway, I selected fish sandwiches and takeout at the drive-thru. they knew my order was placed at the speaker but when I got to the drive-thru window I was told they quit serving fish sandwiches earlier in the day!this is NOT their fault! in my mind it is the fault of whoever is maintaining the APP.... it should have been updated very timely so that this doesn't happen....I ended up at a different fast food place for dinner... NOT cool ?
So they don't substitute for the family meal no problem. HOWEVER if you order 10pcs of chicken mix of only leg and thighs they can't do that either.What can you do if I don't want to order the specials Could have charged extra could have charged the same price it doesn't matter I'm willing to pay the price.How stupid do we have to get to educate these people.I bet if I go there and order 5 2pc meals they cant do that either, they want 15hr pay, and have 7.25 ethics.it also makes me wonder if I were to order the chicken sandwich and ask for no pickles, will they just tell me the same thingIM SORRY WE ONLY SERVE IT WITH PICKELSGuess we will have to go to the further locations to get proper serviceOwners and Gms. I like their popcorn shrimp and fish sandwich which is what I go there for. Nice tasting fish sandwich which I think is better tasting than the competition. The only problem with them is they make mistakes in the order so I have resorted to checking it before driving away from the window. If their service was good I would 5 stars but not in this case.
Guess I get lucky. I usually come on weekdays around noon when I do. Chicken hot and crispy. Sides hot and good. Mashed potatoes and Red Beans and Rice. Biscuits hot too. Been to this location about half a dozen times for a family meal box.
Tonight was a miss. We come here specifically for their chicken because it's crispy and fresh. We waited over 15 min to get a fish sandwich and then the chicken sandwich in our order was so over cooked and tough to chew plus it usually is outside of the bun and this was a shriveled piece. Very disappointed.
Every time I go here the food is old and under cooked. The staff is rude, especially the manager. I’m an assistant manager in a food company and the attitude and disrespect coming from the crew and the management is absolutely ridiculous. Will not be spending my money at this location. They gave me my food in a melted bag with sauce spilt all in the bottom of it. When I asked them to remake it they just wiped the sauce off the food box and put it in a new bag. Don’t even wast your money here.
