I’m sorry but if I’m paying $10 for a meal can I have chicken tenders bigger than the sporks? Because this is ridiculous.
Terrible service. Cashier does not evenLook at you when taking your order. Server whistles at you when your order is ready. Extremely poor training and discipline.
Manager will not answer. Manager was terribly rude to driver. Store will not honor franchise offers. Store clerks will not acknowledge guests. Store manager not helpful in refund or paid for but mot received meals. Be careful people, this particular store is full of employees that will take money and not deliver.
The food was hot. The wait wasn't intensely insane and I was pleased...
I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich, was told they were all out of sandwiches. Ordered spicy tenders instead, got regular non-spicy dried out tenders. Asked for ranch sauce, got zero of any type of sauce. Paid 20.00. Biggest waste of money this month. Will never be back.
The place can be little more neater. It was less crowded may because may not lot of people knew this place. Also it’s little inside the shopping strip.I was little disappointed because the didn’t have Cajun rice. The staff who was friendly told me it would be back after a month.Over all good experience. Since I work close to this location I might visit here probably few more times.
How come I pay $19 for two meals and THIS is how I get my tenders??? They’re literally tenders CUT IN HALF I get HALF the food for MORE money. Please do something about this, this is absolutely ridiculous.
I love their food but the last two times going thru the drive-thru they left items off our order and I had to go inside. :-(
Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too, was not greeted when entering even after I said hello and asked how they were doing. No emotion from the staff and was served cold food and after paying the cashier threw away my receipt without asking if I wanted it. After I cleaned off my table and threw away the trash I said goodbye and thank you, only for everyone to just stare and not say anything in return. Makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in a once warm environment. Management needs to retrain the staff in the areas of customer service and positive attitudes. Focus on consistency of food and service and this place can do well.
