Pro tip: Never order more than 2 of the same items because you will not get them. This location consistently forgets to give you all of the food you pay for. After several times of being ripped off here, I’ve discovered there is a pattern: they can’t count past 2. Order 4 sandwiches, you get two. Order 3 mash potatoes, you get 2. Perhaps next time when they ask for donation money, we can choose to fund a charity to teach adults to count past 2.
Ordered $68 with of food via the Popeyes app for delivery. Order was delivered missing food , called the store and while explaining the problem was told to come in and then was hung up on. Drove down to the store (brought the food back) and was told the issue was with door dash and they would not do any refunds. Have had repeated issues with this location being able to get orders correct. Even while waiting on my order to be remade several more drive through order we’re made incorrectly and had to be remade.
Wish I would have read the reviews before stopping at this location. Ordered a 2pc spicy meal..pulled up to wait while people who ordered before and after me received their food. Drove back around to tell them I had been waiting and wanted a refund..lady said I walked out there with your food. Should have just gotten a refund..After she brought the food out...I received NOTHING that I ordered.. Avoid this Popeyes location! On top of that their phone is disconnected!
All I wanted was this deal that was posted. Manager said the deal was over even tho their advertising. He said the system didn't update, thats not my problem. I insisted so he rang me up for a 10pc $14.99 then gave me a senior discount of $1.90 I mean seriously you couldn't just adjust the price...anywho I still love your chicken but do better management & learn how to work your system.
This Popeye's is great! often run here for extra biscuits for our home cooked meal. CLEAN! and well maintained. food is fresh and hot when ordered. The recent closure of the Popeye's near Rayford road would have never happened if it was anyway like this one. close to the freeway and easy to access. and the Drive through line is fast.
Got my food wrong!! Specifically asked for none spicy for health reasons and I got spicy!! Wish I could add no stars ??
It’s Popeyes, what do you expect? Try the blackened chicken tenders. Same tenders but lightly fried with the same taste and cut down on the batter (Carbs). I was surprised that I liked them better then the regular tenders. Also, use the app to save with coupons.
I don't know why so many people are in such a rush to order the delicious chicken and other things here. If anyone ever reads that plaque of theirs, the food is SLOW COOKED and SERVED FAST. That doesn't necessarily mean it's ready right when you get there. Goodness gracious, the staff there must be having it tough with so many hangry (hungry and angry) folks coming to order.Also, and this is just my personal question, but are there really any problems if their chicken is a bit old? That stuff can still be good for salads and whatnot. I for one am grateful for the staff's dedication amd persistence in wanting to serve the community with some of the best chicken in the world!Anyone else who wants to argue this matter: put it on paper and get some signatures. That's the only way you'll be able to dispute anything these days.Thank you for your time, and please have a wonderful day.
They always give you way more chicken than you ask for.
Told me they just burned their biscuits and I said I didn't mind. I forgot it was supposedly burnt because it was good to me.They must have some really high standards.
