My son loves the chicken sandwich. Usually get him 2 or visit. Maybe twice a month. However, they have a sign saying the prices have changed but the software hasn't updated the screens.... So the 3.99 sandwich now costs 4.49. BUT, the Popeye's up the street is still charging 3.99. My take is that is not a software issue, because corporate sets the prices, and this location's owner is just overriding and charging more.
Sitting in the drive through waiting for my order. I watch the girl pass a bag to the car in front of me. They went through the bag and passed it back (wrong order). I pull up and they tried to pass the same bag to me. I asked her didn't you just take that bag back from the other car? She looked straight in my face and lied. Then had the nerves to say if I did that I would of thrown the bag in the trash because we can't do that do to covid. I politely told her I saw you do it...Smh. Never again
Just left the drive thru. Not only was my order rang up incorrectly, all of my items were not in the bag. Also the guy at the window charged 2 SEPERATE orders on to one card. After I clearly told him I had two separate orders. Fries cold, tenders hard, sauces missing smh. And they didn't answer after calling them. Tragic.
After I asked for sauce from the lady at the drive through window, she told me that it was an additional cost. I told her that was ok, but made a joke about it being the only time in my life that Popeyes had charged an additional fee for that, and then she deliberately did not include the sauce that I paid for. Apparently the manager has no problem charging more than the standard popeye’s pricing, and trains the employees to scam those who question the clear difference. Completely disrespectful and lacking of respect for the people who keep that location in business. Plus, the chicken is dry and clearly been sitting for hours. The red beans and rice had 70% rice, plus nobody has any manners regarding the public.
The service is AWESOME I never have to wait for my food they already know what I order.
THE LINES.. OH MY GOD BRO.. They NEVER can get the line moving here.. I understand if you're busy but when you walk into this location to see what's going on in the kitchen and at the counter.. there's no customer inside and none of the employees are working. They're playing around bro. Then they have the nerve to put you on hold and be slow with the next paying customer..
Great restaurant although the crew gave off the impression they did not want to be there. Bad customer experience.
The fish sandwich is was pretty tasty and they give you a Box of French Fries if you order a large. I have never finished a box myself but it was worth it. The small order of Fries are not enough.
Great place. Fast service and nice workers. And fresh food.
Again biggest complaint inexperienced help. Unable to answer questions about their prices and product. Would not recommend.
