Decided to place an order at this location to try it out for the first time and received horrible service. I placed an order online to be able to pick up on the pickup shelf. Once I received the notification that my order was ready for pick up and located on the shelf I checked to see if my order was on the shelf and nothing. I decided to give them 5 minutes for my order to come out cause maybe they were just backed up but still nothing. I go to the front to inquire about my online order that is apparently ready for pickup. Upon arriving to the front there was a big in size older white male in the front doing idk what in the register therefore I patiently waited till he finished to see if he would help me out. While that male was in the register box other people were passing by not acknowledging me nor asking me if I needed help. When the bigger older men finished doing what he was going in the register I was stunned to see he walked away from the front and the front was now unattended. I felt disrespected as no one was approaching me asking me what I needed. After patiently waiting and seeing multiple workers passing by and no one acknowledging me I decided to speak up and inquire about my order which is ridiculous. I leave with my order and upon arriving home I realized that my food was incorrect and they missed items. Ridiculous how an online app states that my order was ready and was not. Ridiculous that the workers there did not acknowledge me while I was clearly standing in the front waiting to be helped. Avoid this location they hand your order wrong to you and give terrible customer service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is 150% the most disgusting location I’ve ever been to in my life. There was not one single clean table. They were all absolutely disgusting. And unfortunately, you could see behind the counter into the kitchen area and I immediately threw the food away after seeing it. Appalling. I am not one to leave reviews, but this was beyond necessary! Every single employee here should be fired. We sat out of curiosity for 30 minutes and not one person came out to clean. The lemonade dispensers looked days old, not cleaned, and practically empty. Sickening!
I go to several different Panera locations and this is by far the worst! I have contacted management on at least two different occasions. They allow people to sit in their lobby and bring food from other establishments and take up tables. Not sure why you would continue to allow this happen when people are trying to still spend money in your restaurant. Poor management!
13 April 2022 @3305 employees but no one would take my order. one girl said she was off the clock.i ordered a large coffee with caramel.from the self checkout. After a lengthy wait, i was asked what i was waiting for, and they said I must get a " iced coffee" for myself, and handed me a smaller cup. When i told them i paid for a large with caramel, the they brought me a large cup with some caramel in it.They did not appear to be short-handed just oblivious to customers or service.
This location needs a new GM. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered through the drive thru and been told to wait in a spot for my food to come out, only for it to not come out. When the employee came out to bring someone else’s food I asked about mine. She came back out with a pen and paper saying their systems were down and that she’d take the order, so I went inside. She tells the GM that I’m the customer missing the order and he stands there with his back to me. A minute goes by and she comes back and tells him again and he snaps at her… the entire time I’m standing there I can see the systems clearly working, so he made her lie to me and then he snapped at her for telling him I was standing right there. Poor girl. Then he tells the assistant manager to “deal with me”… I just wanted my food. And maybe to be acknowledged.. thankfully the assistant manager helped me out and showed her employees how to respectfully handle a small mistake. Tyler, however, should not be in charge.
Since the new manager took over great place to eat in or to go. The funny thing is I walked into the location one day last month and realized a huge difference. They actually had almond milk out for coffee and I only see stuff like that at the Conroe store on 105 and that store is like a fine watch. Keep it up guys!
Exactly what you expect from a Panera, very clean men's room which is a good sign and a hard thing to maintain sometimes

Best chicken avocado sandwich I have ever had! Very friendly & helpful manager and quick service! Love it!
Good food and service. Mac and cheese was awesome. Cinnamon rolls are good.
