Update 6/15/2022:Family member bought Panera via drive through, first time I’d had their food in several months. Unfortunately the lack of order accuracy still exists (wrong/missing items 3 out of 4 visits). Both strawberry poppy seed salads were missing the poppyseed dressing and received chips instead of a baguette.Original Review:Order is wrong/missing at item 75% of the time, no apology when items are missing. Staff is apathetic and rude, waited 40 minutes to get curbside, had to call the store and still no one came out. Eventually had to go in, while actively sick, to get my food; no apology, just shrugs and no explanation of their incompetence. Food is ok, but quality is worse than in the past. Never returning to this location until management changes.
Come to this Panera often to get coffee and occasional food and the staff is always nice aside from being overwhelmed at times. But please, stop filling the coffee all the way to the top of the rim. Panera coffee cups are horrible and every time they’re filled to the top they leak and I get coffee all over myself and my car
Great service. Good food. Menu pricing seems unclear though. Seems like my total is random every time. Not a huge deal. $9-12 for lunch, but fast and good.
This Panera bread is in a wonderful location. Lots of parking and always quiet in this area.The store is always kept very clean and the seating is very spacious.Absolutely love the breakfast style croissants. But lunch menu is also amazing.The speciality drinks are always a highlight of my visit here.
The service was great. Staff had a lot pf patince with all my questions about the food and desserts. The food was good. The onion soup was ok, other days had better flavor. The chipotle chicken sandwich was delicious as the chicken salad. The Thai tea latte was very good too as the papaya/green tea/sugar cane drink (refill - the green one). The restaurant was clean and not too crowded at the time we went.
Prices are too expensive for the level of quality I received. There was soup everywhere in my bag.Spent $29.60 on two ‘pick 2’ meals (Half sandwich and cup of soup). No receipt was given in the drive thru, so I went inside and waited in line to get a reprinted copy. Order No. 1337747Not impressed. Would not recommend.
This is only my second time having Panera bread. My wife brought some home a week ago from work and I fell in love. Just leaving Ace hardware down the store and decided to pull in here and see what I could find. Two young associates were very helpful recommending what they like and what others like. Wife will be happily surprised when I get home. They're asiaga bread is amazing. Didn't realize why was a rewards member. She got a free chocolate croissant that she doesn't know about yet.
Very unsatisfied, they didn't add all the ingredients. I noticed when I Opened the food at home. ?
To go soup with bread bowl fills up half of the bread bowl. If you eat in store it’s full. Take it to go and you get 1/2 the soup you should…
The parking lot of this location is despicable. They allow their weeds to grow over 3ft tall and will eventually contribute to an accident. I plan to take pictures tomorrow as proof of their negligence so that anyone who has an accident there can hold them liable for all damages. You guys should be ashamed!
