I love Panera Bread, but this location sucks. They are constantly messing up my order when I go through the drive thru. I ask for chicken noodle soup and they put tomato soup in my bag. I ask for a turkey sandwich and they give me a tuna sandwich. Gross. The receipt was correct, but they put whatever they feel like in your bag. Check your bag before leaving the drive thru. There are a lot of incompetent employees here. I will start going to a different location.
0 stars if I could. My mom went in to get her salad yesterday that she pre ordered. It was not at the pick up station. She let the people at the register know and they said they would make her one. She waited and they gave her the salad. She opened it up on her lunch break to find just lettuce and fruit. No chicken or dressing. She called and no one answered, she called this morning to notify them and they said to stop by at 11 and that they would have it ready. She got there at 11:10 and guess what? not ready. She asked them about it and they said they’d make her one. She waited. They gave her the salad but it was not the right size for what she paid. The cashier told her it was her fault for not telling them. She showed them her receipt so wouldn’t they know what salad it was????? They saw the receipt with the name of the salad and price. They told her again it was her fault for not notifying them. She told them that she spoke to the manager this morning and their excuse was that the manager was on break.I’ve worked in customer service many years and you are never supposed to blame the customer. Way to make a customer visibly upset. ?
For the second time when I went to pick up my online order they claimed they didn't have it....the Manger (Marcus) has been rude and rolled his eyes at me before. I also witnessed him treating one of his employees unfair. I'm not a Karen at all. I'm very chill and understanding. I've worked retail/food. I know the stress and the hustle of it. This location used to be good. I like Panera Bread but, this location is not recommended until something changes.
The service at this place is ridiculous breakfast lunch or dinner. The attitude is beyond disgusting. If there was another place who had amazing bagels. Wouldn’t bother to do business with them. Also idk if this has been fixed. The drive through menu prices does not match the in store prices. Could be a mistake but always compare prices between app, Instore and drive through if you are a regular.
This is the closest Panera Bread from my house. We have ordered there several times and we keep being disappointed.Back in December 2021, I ordered a bowl of soup , two sandwiches and a bread bowl. One of the soups was missing and we had to drive back there. This was the second time they had messed up our order so I asked to talk to a manager.She didn’t care nor did she even apologize. So rude.I used to work there when I was in college and tried most of the menu items. Every time I order from the location, the sandwiches are dry and can’t barely find the meat or cheese.I’ve always loved the chicken frontega. The one from this location is dry. Has more onions than chicken. No flavor whatever .Also, fix your online order system. Twice this week; I placed an order for pick up. The payment went through, I got a confirmation email saying my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived, it wasn’t and they couldn’t find my order . THEN they told me they were out of soufflés. Why charge me if you can’t update in the system that you don’t have any. We have to drive and we waste our time, gas and money to be disappointed. I decided to go early today and they were already out of soufflés at 8am. It’s clear that the employees there don’t like their job because they lack customer service. I decided that I’ll try a different location that a bit further away next time.
What a horrible expierance. It took over an hour to get my ‘pick 2’ completed. Oh her customer are starting to get irate!
They have messed up my order time and time again. This time I ordered delivery paid the delivery charge, service charge and tip to receive my order completely wrong. Called them 8 times and their phone gives a busy tone then hangs up. So I had to drive up there to be told they can't refund the full order because the delivery charges go to door dash. Mind you at this point they have basically taken my money for no order. When the manager on duty couldn't get the food portion of my orderto ring up to what I paid (her amount was less) she decided to just give me a full refund including delivery. So now I have my money but almost 2 hours after placing my order, I still have no food. Worthless!!! I will never order from this location again
Rapid pickup was not rapid and several items in my order were incorrect. By the time the rest of my order was bagged, my flatbread was cold. I was not informed that they were out of bread bowls until after I looked in my bag and noticed it wasn’t it in there. One of the employees was apologetic about it but annoying seeing as though a lot of other things went wrong. Will not be returning to this location.
We had lunch there today and we’re thrown out mid meal! We went in, ordered at kiosk, specified “dine in”, found seating along with other seated patrons in the dining room. When our order was ready, it was all packed in a to go bag. We had both ordered a BOWL of French onion soup-we got a small paper cup with no cheese and no croutons (best part of the soup!). Hubbies 1/2 sandwich was supposed to be roast beef and white cheddar, he got a small amount of beef and one very thin slice of ham-no cheese! My 1/2 sandwich was supposed to be chicken salad with almonds-not only no almonds but it was rough chopped sliced turkey. The bread was so thin it had to be eaten with a knife and fork. We didn’t complain because all the employees behind the counter seemed very irritated and angry about something. Halfway through the meal, a very irritated woman walked into the dining room and announced the dining room is closed-gather your things and leave right away. One of the customers made a comment and she barked at him “that’s why everything is in to go containers”. I swear I thought she was foaming at the mouth! People picked up right away, most tossed their uneaten meal in the trash and left. We were close to finishing, so we hurried (5 minutes tops) with her leering at us and the other customers who weren’t already gone. Then they turned out the lights! We are seniors, we enjoy a leisurely lunch out periodically, and we’re beyond disappointed! As we left my husband went to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. A black lady identified herself and he told her it might be a good idea to let people know before they order that it’s only to go. She started to argue with him and he said “I should go on social media and tell everyone about your poor service “. Her response? “Go ahead”. I’m still upset for their rudeness and lack of pride. Getting the orders wrong is one thing, but we paid $33.+ to be treated very poorly.
My husband stopped today to get me some soup and they were pretty much out of everything by 4:30 pm. No chicken noodle soup, no bread bowls and no broccoli cheese cheddar Mac and cheese. They only had a few options. I would understand if it was 7-8pm but it wasn’t even 5 o’clock.
