This the second time in a a couple of weeks my food has been really mushy and distasteful very yucky
I’d get faster service if drove 15minutes one way to the next Panda Express on 242. Everyone just goofing off not filling orders and seem to be walking in slow motion. Placed order at 5:05pm, was told to pick it up at 5:15pm. Didn’t get the food until 5:42. 37 minute wait for two plates.
They close the lobby at 8 and they take forever with the drive thru, they just lost a sale. If the store closes at 9 they need to keep the lobby open till 9 closing it any earlier than the actual store close is just lazy becaus God forbid anybody in the food industry has to work 30 minutes past closing time. They make sure They get out right when the restaurant closes
Location never has item listed for sale, the menu has barely a small selection of items yet they never have them ready or at all. So they close at 9pm but yet they aren’t making white rice for the rest of the day at 5:30pm
I am disappointed in this location. The portions have decreased in size as well as their customer service, well, with one individual. Yarvis (I may have misspelled that) when going through the drive thru, I said I had two mobile orders. I was told I had to go inside to get them. First off it is hard for me to get in and out of a car due to being disabled. The amount of time it took me to leave the speaker and walk inside my second mobile order was ready. I asked why I had to come in if this was new. She said not always. it perplexed me because they were not busy, no line in drive thru, and only one other customer inside. The point of drive thru is to no leave the car. Usually when the other lady is on the mic she either has me wait at the window or pull around and bring it to me. It was a small order So again confused. I think the ladies either need some new hires (help) or perhaps put on different shifts to give them a break.
Worst service ever! Not only they messed up my mobile order, they even made me wait for 15 minutes for the chow mein and totally forgot about it and served other customers who came before me. Serving size was too small even though price has increased recently.
It's a good location the drive through being quick is kind of a misdirection since during high volume times you end up pulling up to the front of the building to wait for your food.With that said the staff is friendly, the orders come out right and the food is always hot.
They do not bring out your food when they say they will. Waited over 20 minutes for my order and nothing, attempted to go inside and the door was locked. I had to go back into the drive thru line to ask for my order again. During my wait, the service members were standing in a group talking. Tried giving this panda express chance after chance but this time is what made me say that this panda is not worth it. Don’t waste your time or money. They don’t even fill up the bowls.
First time we had panda at this location. The inside looked warm and cozy. And the drive thru was quick. The staff was friendly!
The order was correct, but the bowls were not filled like usual and we didn't get any fortune cookies. We will be back in hopes it was just a busy night.
