Food was actually fresh at this location. My husband and I have visited other locations, and our food usually doesn't taste fresh. I do believe the entrees were a little over cooked...
Just returned from the restaurant, rice was lumpy and cold, 2 egg rolls were cold, zero condiments I requested. A total waste of $13.00
These meats portions are ridiculous ! I ordered their “walnut and shrimp” bowl and this is what I received. If I’m paying and up charge for premium entries than I expect a reasonable amount of food. not 7 pcs of shrimp, No walnuts by the way. THIS IS A SCAM!
Teriyaki chicken is good, hey Panda Express if you're not going to carry plastic knives anymore please cut chicken into bite size pieces please.
I pull up to the drive-through at 9:31 pm . To find out that there it was only few choices of food available to order since they were closing at 10pm. I never had heard a restaurant telling their customers we only have few choices of food available. Extremely bad for business. You are paying all your employees for a whole half hour without money coming in. that doesn't make any sense.
This is the second time this week we go and they are sold out of beijing beef by 5:30 pm. Very frustrating to say the least. Not sure why they don’t make a bigger quantity if they know they will run out so quickly. It’s probably easier to get ice cream at McDonald’s than it is to find Beijing beef at panda.

The drive thru is painfully slow, much slower than competitors next door. I don't know why but they have some guy who acts tough at the window or Amanda G. They act like it hurts them to be polite. Why even work there if you hate people and are going going to act rude to customers. You're doing us no favor. There are plenty of friendly food places to give our money to. Rude window workers should quit or be fired. Bad management.
The amount of food wasn't that much. I was kinda surprised actually. For a $9 bucks, they could have added a few pieces of meats. And lessen the carbs.
When you are open, you should be ready to deliver your product! Don't waste your customers time when you say your open but not really open.
