Nice simple and decent frozen yogurt place.You will be allowed to taste and choose wide range of flavors. The worker is very friendly and lovely
This place has such friendly staff. It's also VERY CLEAN. We love bringing our kids in for a treat!
Staff likes to argue with customers.Last time I came in, we were handed sample cups to use (the tiny ones). I was so happy because before on many times we were always only given the choice to have an employee pour our samples for us.This time I mentioned “oh you don’t let us do the samples anymore, what changed?”Well she said “oh no we have never done that”I said oh yes actually you have…I had never seen her face before so I knew she was new.And explained that the last time I was told they switched to letting customers do it…Ok this has been the ONLY orange leaf I have ever frequented. I know for a fact because I was so overjoyed…This was our last visit however I can go pay for overpriced frozen yogurt somewhere else.
I visited this location on Monday, the store has a sign that says they open at 12pm, I was there around 12:16 and the store was closed. I noticed a woman enter the location around 12:20 or so and a customer went in immediately after her. This customer subsequently walked out right as I was about to enter. The employee stated it would be a small wait as she had just turned on the machines. I waited about 10-15 minutes for the yogurt to be ready. (completely my choice) but only because I made a point to go there. The lady was friendly, but I expected a courtesy discount at least. Even $1 off would not have hurt, especially since I was finally leaving the location at 12:36, and I was the only customer the entire time. Whenever I decide to get a product, I expect to pay. However, at times, it is okay to provide a discount, or even provide something for free---when it is warranted. In this case, it was completely warranted, its all about customer service. Also, usually the Orange Leaf locations don't have a scent or have a very light fruity smell. This location has a very strong scent of heavy food. I am not sure what it is, but it is not very welcoming.

Thankful for Orange Leaf froyo shake delivery when I had a tooth pulled. I can't have ice cream and these were so good, no aftertaste like Menchie's, and so nice they offer shakes and smoothies.

I love their yogurt, and they have many toppings plus hot fudge and caramel sauce.
So I usually love this place and the owner is sooo nice, the fro yo is bomb but I’m extremely disappointed in one of the employees there. My friend and I were joking around about trying to pay (as we usually do) and tell me why the employee goes “I can’t play right now” like okayyy??? Would it kill u to take a joke. Also she didn’t say goodbye and we were the only ones there. She was super rude and her attitude was not it. It was not welcoming. Overall great place, just go once she’s fired <3 (p.s. she was wearing glasses)
