Not a good experience here. First, on 6-5-2022 around 3:00pm myself and son arrived and as we walked in both greeters greeted us , but they’re decided to accommodate another couple before us…and we clearly walked in first.I told my son to follow me as I seated myself.Then, that was a big mistake, cause we sat at the bar. It was nasty and employees were loud and having conversations o didn’t care to here as I’m trying to enjoy time with my son.The bartender stated out great, but I started to get the feeling that we were being rushed.We had our drinks and food. Before we could even finish he asked “Are you ready to checkout?” That to me confirmed we were being rushed for whatever reason. I wanted to sit and talk to my son a while and enjoy desert, but I just said “Screw it” I’m not not happy here and left.
We had an issue with the timing of our entree and the manager and staff handled everything tremendously, we were on a time crunch and they completely accommodated everything we needed. Whoever was on the floor managing front of house today May 30th 2022 did outstanding. We will be back soon!!! They turned our stressful (rushed) experience in to a kind gesture.Phenomenal employees here, I have never seen such kindness.
I'm giving 1 star because I really hope to stick out with my review. I am so tired of Olive Garden treating their Alfredo sauce like its gold. I know what goes into making the sauce, and it's not expensive to make. Every single time we order anything with alfredo on the item, we are always skimped. They're better about it if you go to the restaurant and sit to eat, but if you order to go, there won't be enough sauce to hit all the noodles. It's been like this for years, but I always hope that maybe this time they'll have fixed it. Then they don't. So we give it another year and try again only to be let down time and time again. THIS TIME, we order EXTRA Alfredo sauce. There's a small size and a large size. Large is $5.99. So we order the large. The portion sold to us was extremely frustrating. I am finally done with olive garden. 100% done. Something as small as the sauce portions can turn away long time customers.
This is the Olive Garden in the Woodlands Texas. We always enjoy eating at Olive Garden, always have. We visit this restaurant fairly often. Today’s visit we had adult children with us. I’ll be ordered calamari for an appetizer, and it was chewy year than usual and not breaded quite as well. All of our dinners were absolutely perfect, and delicious. They ran out of Coke zero, but all the other drinks were great. Not the usual visit, but still good.
We came on Easter and our waitress was so sweet! She was new and misheard our order, but quickly corrected it after the wrong dish arrived. We were absolutely okay with that. Mistakes happen and we were not in a rush.The manager came over and apologized and they took care of us on our bill for the mistaken order!A super kind gesture as we were not upset at all.The staff and management are all wonderful and our waitress we had, I hope was not discouraged as she did a great job!?
So looking forward to the menu...but alas no go. They need a bartender Immediately!! Soup and salad..of course 5 star. But what happened to the lasagna...it was sweet..ugh!The service and personnel ( not the bartender) was good.
Well me and my two sisters come in to sit down by the window the waitress got bad body odor ever time she walk by it smell very bad her name was MARRY . H and my sister try to tell the waitress she want to get a appetizers but I guess she did not hear us, and me and my sister want soup and salad but she did not hear me say soup and salad, and she was major slow on pretty much everything never ask do you want a refill on drinks, at 3:35pm
Alexia is the best! Ask for her every time. She is so personable and seems like she genuinely enjoys giving excellent service. We love her positive attitude. Exceeded our expectations for sure.
We had Quinshun for our server last night and he was attentive, helpful and patient with all our kids. He was wonderful and my kids thought he was the absolute best server we've ever had. Never had a bad experience at this location.
Breanna, excellent server and very sweet. She recommended a chicken dish that was delicious. My mother had the Italian margarita, best margarita I have ever tasted! For good comfort food, I highly recommend.
