I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop at this restaurant because I love Mexican food. Sadly to say, it was a great disappointment. I had the chicken enchiladas and my sister had a combo w/ chicken, ground beef and cheese and she also did not care for her food as well. However, she said the cheese enchilada was good. Although the waiters were very friendly, the food was not great at all from the complimentary chips to the enchiladas. The water was nice and cold. Well, that's my story...good luck future customers but, I will not be returning.
The hospitality and service were beyond my expectations. The waiters were young so I thought at first it would be bad service, but I was wrong. They were great and I was glad to see the restaurant giving opportunity to these young boys. My boyfriend and I split the fajitas and Diablo shrimp. (Bacon wrapped jalapeño stuffed with shrimp) delicious but warning, they are fire! The beans were good, rice was decent as were the handmade tortillas. Everything was hot and fresh and prompt. Will return if I'm in the area.
I really hate to say this but I went to the second restaurant owned by these people and I also honestly think that they’re a bit racist when I arrived I was quickly greeted and seated and I asked for a strawberry margarita frozen with salt around the rim it was only 11 o’clock and I was on my lunch break, he went back and I believe made my drink but it was not frozen I don’t think the machine was working properly yet and it had sugar around the ram and most importantly it was HUGE.. so I asked my waiter “hey are there any smaller glasses for people who just on my lunch break” and he began to get defensive & saying this is what you asked for which I said I understand that but I’m just on my lunch break so this is just a lot for me and then he started walking around the question telling me the price and I told him the price doesn’t matter I just need a smaller glass I was so tired with arguing at that point I just said forget it… i ordered 3 street tacos & add cheeseThese were probably the worst street tacos that I’ve ever had The shells was cold and not cooked The peppers that they gave me was the hottest thing on the plate I tried to use the salsa that came with the chips but that absolutely taste horrible it was not spicy at all and it was warm and it taste very plain I’ve never tasted so so like that ?I definitely will not be eating here again
Decided to try this place out for the first time and was thoroughly unimpressed. The drinks were pretty bad and the food was mediocre at best. The prices were pretty low so I guess you get what you pay for. I will say, the service was very friendly. Wasn't an overall bad experience but I definitely won't be back.
Love this place! My love and I get food from here often- all of the people there are so nice, and the food is excellent! One of the best places to go for a margarita after a long day at work.
We absolutely love this place! We come at least 3 or 4 times a month and it is our go to Mexican restaurant! The manager knows what he’s doing and is really active with the staff. Great fajitas!
Everything was great except the Queso. Not sure if it was just an odd day, but it quite literally tasted like plastic. We let the waiter know and they took it off the check for us. I will be back and hopeful they will have a good queso day!
After my wife had her pedicure and manicure ? ? we missed lunch . So on our way home we saw this Mexican restaurant in the distance . Traffic was horrible on Raford Sawdust Rd close to Interstate 45 . So we decided to try out Natalie's # 2 mexican resturant . Parking was plentiful. We were greeted at the door and promptly seated at a table . The manager greeted us and asked us if we had ever been there . He preceded to tell us about the many delicious dishes and recommended carne guisada. We said ok thats fine since most Mexican restaurants don't offer that dish . I asked about the drinks and offered a long list of drinks from the bar . And to my delight they had my favorite CoronaMichelada which he said it was the best in Houston . Within minutes our food arrived at our table . And my drink was very good . Had a little too much lime and no salt on the rim of the glass never the less it was time to taste the food . The beans were cooked to perfection . The carne guisada was tender and the gravy it came in was perfect . The tortillas were made by hand and very fresh and never got hard like some restaurants. Unable to eat all the meal we brought it home . The second day we reheated the left overs and to my surprise the food tasted even better . The prices are very reasonable and the seating area is very spacious. I give Natalie's #2 a rating of 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆But. Don't take my word for it . Try it for yourself . You will be glad you did .
Incredible! Best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff makes you feel like family, remembers your order the next time you come in. Best margaritas in town. This is the ideal date night spot, but still family friendly as well. My favorite place to eat.
This place looks very nice. The atmosphere is great . Be careful with the skillet plates they’re very hot I burned my self. The food needs more taste. Well the steak fajitas that I order.
