Great service, AGM was friendly and Kind. Gave us our Military Discount as My Father in Law served for this great Country of ours. My salad was made just how I like it! Great prices too!!
The account is in my wife's iphone.. Based on an email that she got about upgrade to Mega dough this week she went to Mod Spring and tried to order. Wifi would not work in the store, asked for help and the manager said to order the pizza and then select the "reward" to upgrade to Mega. She could not get it to work and no other employee seemed to care. She came home we ordered our pizzas just the way the manager said to do. Order and then select the upgrade. I went to pick them up at 12:01 promise time which turned into 12:06. We handed the pizzas I asked if they were upgraded and he said we just make what comes out of the computer. So I asked I am I just f'd, and he repeated I just make what comes out of the computer. While there no other employee seemed to care, they knew my order had been tried to do by my wife. Utterly ridiculous customer service. Would welcome some feedback.
This whole MOD way of doing biz is going down the drain. Pizza is too small and overpriced! really over priced... who in the hell wants to pay $10.00 for a 5 inch pizza namely "MOD" size pizza...Anyways, it is the second time I go to this particular location and the place, specially the floors are so dirty...The bathrooms are so disgusting, that I guarantee you they don't clean them unless someone complains. The trash bins are always full, the drinks area also look discussing, (if not careful, you are likely drinking mold) with your soda...I also noticed that they don't even greet you when you enter the location.The only reason I think they may be doing ok sales wise is because they have good advertising strategies and of course they put their best pictures...
Recently went for the first time in a long time. The staff was great. The food was fresh and of good quality. I do wish they need larger drink cups.
So I had this gift card, right? To MOD Pizzeria. And normally I'm struggling on the financial side of life. Like so poor I can't afford to pay attention. Like on that "red beans and rice" budget. So any opportunity to eat something new, I will pounce on that.So I went to MOD. And I have to say, I wasn't pleased. The pizza was pretty bad and I've definitely had better pizza. It was repugnant in my humble opinion. But now here's the thing...I have nobody to blame but myself. I'm the one who built stinkin' pizza. This business model is genius! But how come the guy making my pizza didn't say anything when I wanted pineapple and WHOLE FREAKIN' GARLIC CLOVES on my pizza. How you gonna let your man bring his own demise? Just sit quietly as I put together the most horrible, horrendous, horrifying combinations of pizza toppings, and you all you say is "Good choice!" Even the person behind me asked if I was okay after I asked for artichoke hearts on one half and pepperoncini on the other.I say the problem is what they market. People shouldn't be able to choose what they want on their pizzas. Just give them a pepperoni and move on! Now I'm just looking in the mirror at the man who ruined my day with the radioactive waste of a pizza I ate tonight.
Worth your money because you can put as many toppings as you want. If you love trying new things, then this is the place to go. They have amazing employees and there Marion Blackberry Lemonade is delicious.
I feel like going in person, is the way to go...I ordered this for delivery-the delivery was great through Uber. However, it was the pizza itself that was off...didn't get exactly what we requested for the pizza. Seemed like they made substitutions?..it was ok. Just not as good as what I've had from them In Person...
Kayla is the best, always has a smile on her face, alway feel welcomed when coming. She always go out of her way to welcome her customers. Over all I enjoy eating at Mod because of the amazing service from Kayla!!! She is the best, with great customer service.
Terrible experience today. I ordered at 6:15 online and walked out at 7. My online order said to be at the curbside at 6:32, I walked in at 6:40 since my order wasn't ready yet. The associate couldn't find my order, when the second associate finally found it I'm pretty sure he didn't want to tell me it was lost. He simply ignored me. Cherry on top - the lady who was waiting 15 minutes complained, he gave her a free pizza....I waited 45 minutes and he didn't even seal mine....if you go here, you might want to call if you place an order not in person.
This mod pizza does not know how to portion their toppings or what a dollop of red sauce means. Instead of a well balanced pizza with dollops of red sauce we got mouthful after mouthful of serrano peppers with squirts of red sauce. They also forgot the basil. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but my autistic teenager sure seems to think it is.
