My daughters favorite place. The frozen yogurt is good the toppings are great and the stores are always clean and well kept. Pretty good value and a great treat on special occasions!
I used to come here all the time and I forgotten how good it was! Lots of topping options, they are open to suggestions on yogurt, we’ll be coming back very soon!

My kids and I went to this location for the first time yesterday, November 17 around 4pm. We were really excited to go! As soon as we walked in the door, the woman at the counter rolled her eyes when we walked in. She was very rude and kept saying “excuse me” in a sarcastic tone as my kids were at the machines filling their cups, so we had to keep moving around her. She was extremely short with me when I was trying to figure out what to do since this was our first visit. She

She was extremely short with me when I was trying to figure out what to do since this was our first visit. She did this probably 4-5 times. My 5 yo got a flavor that she didn’t like and when we were checking out, she asked the cashier if she could get a new flavor because she didn’t like that one. This woman rolled her eyes at my 5yo and then took the cup from her and slammed it in the trash. The entire time we were there, her attitude was extremely piss poor and we will not be returning to this location ever again! I talked to my husband when I got home and he asked me to describe the woman working behind the counter. He mentioned that when we went in there before, she was rude to him. If you want good, friendly customer service do NOT visit this location!!! I don’t expect the red carpet rolled out, but I DO expect basic customer service and respect, especially if I am choosing to patronize and spend my hard earned money.
Yogurt is pretty alright I guess, but the service has gone downhill quite a bit (they still ask for your tip though). Maybe someone's been reading to much r/antiwork
I have tried vegan ? option this time , before when i was not vegan i have tried all other yogurt but i loved all of them.I will also recommend to add toppings based on your choice for example my fav ones are coconut, peanut
We have been here many times since it opened. It Is normally a great place to go. Lately we have noticed that things aren't as good. Maybe the mix is a little off on the Dole Whip or the cherries aren't as fresh. Couldn't really put my finger on it. We went in tonight and there were two groups waiting to check out. We got our group and got in line. We were then told the card reader was not working. Unfortunately, I did not have cash on me at the time. The tall girl behind the counter was very flustered and was trying to get the owner on the phone to figure out what to do. After about five minutes of here storming around and going outside she came in and told her coworker that the owner "deliberately ignored her calls". She did thank everyone for being so patient but had no solution. We all stood there waiting as more people came in. Finally she told the people coming in that the card reader was not working and they could stand in line if they wanted to. At this point all of my family's froyo was half melted bowls of soup. We decided to leave after the girls said there was nothing they could do. We put our bowls on the table and walked out. We will be finding a place to go that actually cares about their customers from now on. Weigh the bowl and charge us when the card reader starts working again. It is that simple. But she said that wasn't possible. Great job losing some faithful customers. Cold Stone made some new ones tonight.
I love coming here for frozen yogurt! They have such a great variety of toppings; everything is always fresh!
Amazing you dont have to wear a mask or anything perfect for kids and friends
