Used to be my go to McDonald's for the freshest fries. Not anymore, I can't stand when they mix old fries with fresh fries, it makes everything soggy. What happened to America's favorite fries?

I already don’t eat McDonald’s I get to the drive thru and have to scream at the top of my lungs because they can’t hear thru their head phones. I ask 50 times 3 different employees for my food to b fresh. I get to the window they slapped my food together and it was old. I gave it back n asked once again can I have my food fresh. I have now been sitting in the parking lot waiting for food for over 15 minutes. It is 2pm there is no line no one is here. Ridiculous

I don’t recommend this McDonald’s branch the shift manager Olga she was rude and disrespectful… she have the nerve to say oh it you again and I am like I am come here everyday and why is that when your employee calls you look at me and you say the most disrespectful thing to me… 1. I remember the guy night shift manager showing you how to do the app. And her you go and laugh about and walk away and every-time you come in to help you have to be rude… I have work for McDonald’s for 3 years since I been there never once treat or talk to a customer like that… it’s not my fault you where not properly trained how do use the APP. I hope the store manager Mrs Janet and McDonald’s corporation knows that your shift manager Olga need’s to be talk and retrained…

The lady at the drive thru was rude. I understand work is tough but you don’t have to treat people like that. Really learn to speak correctly to people. I’d give 0 stars if i could.

Do not come here after the lobby closes. The drive thru at night has the absolute longest waits I've ever been through for fast food. Literally sat in line for over 30 minutes (couldn't back up to leave) for 2 McChickens and some fries.I work for an actual restaurant and we get out full platters in half that time. Absolutely pathetic.

Please was nice and clean but the staff was very poor service skills. Our order was not taken correctly, the guys taking the order didn't confirm the order instead he was like " I got it" manager was involved after I had it purchased more items separately and even than the I was missing itemsSince it was a large order I end up asking for the manager to fix it for us.Manager and Staff were friendly but the poor skills on how to take orders a s make sure everything was in my tray was far from good experience.

This McDonald's is by far the best McDonald's I have literally ever been to In My Life! I don't know what they do but it's like you can taste the fact that they care about the service the food is always Super Fresh taste amazing iced coffee is always on point. Services fast friendly with a smile this McDonald's days in a ward as I have never gotten my order wrong and it is fresh no matter if it's the am crew or the p.m. crew they are amazing the owner of this McDonald's Naas recognition the manager of the McDonald's and then and their crew also do need to give them a bonus

Until McDonald's fixes the app at all of its stores to allow round egg customizations on all breakfast sandwiches, I won't be using the app. Until McDonald's stops charging more for round egg substitutions, I won't be back (they both cost the same to add to any breakfast sandwich). I've made countless attempts to communicate issues to McDonald's Corporation and its upper management. So, am not sure why they're afraid to address?

On April 17th, around 6:00 p.m. I pulled into the drive thru at McDonald’s at Cypresswood/Aldine Westfield. I asked for a regular bun on my Big Mac because Im allergic to sesame seeds, I asked for a fresh hot and spicy, pull apart donut, and 3 McDoubles plain with two large fries. I received my order without any customized requests. The only put one slice of cheese on my Big Mac, they also do this with the McDouble, (all the time) just one slice of cheese!! Who owns this location? Seriously! I had to go back to McDonalds twice because the order was incorrect. That could have been an hour of my time spent with family instead I had to use gas and take two trips back to McDonalds. Whats the point of offering options to customers if the cook prepares the food to his/her liking. After all of that the manager didnt even think to offer an apology. I guess he figured I was just “another angry black woman”. I will never tolerate disrespect. I am finally back home at now 7:27 p.m.
